Still the same old root beer I love soo much...staff here very good and attentive...she help us go through with our order patiently...she also encourage us to do the survey so we can redeem a free rut beer to go...the food was fresh..not like the one that sit too long on the warmer..only unfortunately the waffle not available on our visit...even the outlet a bit hidden at back of the mall but still visible from a far...but overall was a wonderful dinner we had.. able to bring...

I had a wonderful time at A&W Paradigm Mall Johor! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. I have visited this fast food restaurant at least 3 times since it was first opened in Paradigm Mall. All my experiences were good.

The staff will explain to me the estimated time to wait for the next batch of fried chicken when the earlier batch sold out and asked if I was willing to wait for it.

The staff would also take into my request for the chicken parts. At least, he would check for the parts before answering me if they were available.
