My first experience here wasnât great, but I still went back because I was really hungry and wanted to buy porridge. I had a McD coupon, so I tried to redeem it with my purchase. I waited at the counter for almost 5 to 10 minutes, none of the staff acknowledged me, and they were all avoiding eye contact. It was a busy hour, so I tried to be understanding, but I eventually had to call someone over to get attention.
None of the staff seemed to know how to redeem the coupon, they kept asking each other and finally decided to call the manager. I waited again. When the manager showed up, he went straight to get his drink and disappeared into the back without even talking to me.
I explained to the staff that I needed to make a purchase to redeem the coupon, and Iâd place my order at the kiosk. Just as I did that, the manager came back and told me I had to order at the counter and pay in cash. Luckily, I had just enough cash.
Then he told me porridge wasnât available and asked me to choose something else. But I didnât have enough cash for other meals, and they didnât accept card or online payment. So I just said âItâs okayâ and walked out.

Two order machine there, but one of it seens no work, somemore cannot order in counter. When I queue for order, two girl in front me make three order and they click the promotion code slowly. Finally I order my food as fast as I can, because many people behind had lost patient. We tap service to table, but seems wait so long time, so my husband go downstairs to take the food. My husband ask them why the food haven't ready, but they didn't answer. Finally We get our food, I order eat in but they give me take out packaging. I was not so understand why the people doesn't a lot, but all the process is so slow. The order number was number 161 on 1 August 24 at 15:47:40. My order consisted of 2 Grilled Chicken Burgers, 2 Fillet O Fish McValue Meals, and 9 pieces of Chicken McNuggets. The McDonalds located in Larkin Johor had actually packed 2 Grilled Chicken Burgers (GCB) that were badly burnt. I did not expect McDonald to pack charred food to customers. The buns of the GCB were clearly black in colour. The chicken fillets of the GCB were also burnt. The 2 Fillet O Fish sets were also unacceptable. The fish fillets were very SMELLY, dark brown, and oily. The chicken nuggets were very cold and had become soggy.
