Went for dinner and the overall experience was a little underwhelming considering the price point. The ambiance was lovely though. Had the slow cooked duck and supposedly prosciutto with cantaloupe salad.
Ordered 2 dishes and both dishes had issues.....The cantaloupe was swapped out without any notification with watermelons as seen in the picture. The whole point of the dish is the pairing of the melon and the ham. I had to clarify with the waiter only then they realized the cantaloupe was swapped out for watermelons...
The slow cooked duck taste wise was great, skin was crispy and potatoes (which wasn't what I ordered because I opted for the red cabbage...) was surprisingly tasty! However the plating was just ridiculous...just look at it... seems like the chef din't feel like plating it today? At this point I didn't bother checking in with the waiter already. I am not here to ask for a discount or get free complementary food.
Overall, the food taste wise is good, the atmosphere is awesome, but experience really needs some improvement and there should be no excuse because I was the only patron in the restaurant...

The wait for your orders to arrive at the table can indeed be long. Prices are truly on the higher side for what is worth. But the 2 Filipino frontline staff are possibly the best service folks i have encountered in KL, Melakka and JB in my gluttony journey with friends from taiwan. Such lovely human beings!
I would give the paella and clams vongole another chance when time and chance permits. Cabonara with smoked duck can do better. We finished the mandarin duckling. The lamb rack is tasty having taken a style of its own. The coffee tiramisu and keylime pie slice provided a happy ending.

A little patience and kindness will go a long way for this small local business to eventually be indisputably 5 stars once more. Revisiting will...
Read moreAt first when I haven’t had made up my mind of which restaurant to go for our 2nd anniversary celebration, I decided to book two restaurants and tried the luck to coordinate with the owner/IC of the restaurants.
It was at the moment when Sweetwater owner Mr Hans responded that he’s going to decorate the table, and make us a complimentary anniversary cake, that I knew this is the restaurant.
In the morning that day, I wanna make sure that everything goes as planned and that includes the purchase of the bouquet, it was my misunderstood that I thought I would have to purchase the bouquet and deliver it at the door, while Mr Hans has already got them all settled for us. After our discussion, he immediately get the bouquet order cancelled and kept his profession intact.
The ambient was cozy and quiet, the playlist was superb and not to mention the food, it’s extraordinary!
The overall experience is beyond our expectations and we both highly recommend this restaurant to other couples for celebration! If you’re particular on the service, this restaurant is definitely a must...
