To be honest I went to this restaurant due to recommendations by one of the influencer but once I went then I get to know the restaurant hold many stupid rules, we are 7 of us order 3pax shellout and 3pax white rice package, so here they came and told us we need to order shellout for each one of us those of us who ordered white rice it seems not counted, if u order white rice package even though u all family members need to sit separate and eat. When I questioned them about why I need to sit separately and eat as I ordered food and it’s my family and I’m paying for the food I’m ordering. So the in charge or whatever she is tell it’s her shop and we have to obey her rules. So what is this, it’s not my first time eating a shellout and there are shops many shops I tried never had this kind of stupid rules. I understand, it’s not like I ask for extra food without paying, some of us already had lunch and we just come over to sit together as a family and spend some quality time but who is she to ask us to sit separately as we ordered different types of food package. If I ordered for 2 pax and not ordered any other food also she need to give me wat I ordered she has no rights to tell me what I should eat and how much I should eat. Even though it’s her restaurants If I as a customer don’t pay how would she run her restaurant by sweeping the floor?? No right she need to serve food to earn so what the point of disappointing the customer. Even after question she tell me if u don’t like her rules make my own restaurants. Ordered before another table, but they received their food 1st.
We had a 1 year old child but staff wasnt really bothered to offer high chair or anything. We had to ask everything. ( outlet only had another 2 tables with a total of 4 customers )
Waited very long and eventually food came. Portioning of rice was not even for 2 pax. They make u order more rice and charge you.
Their mutton are of the lowest grade. Full of fats and bones only. 3/4 served were purly that.
2 set of fried chicken given were like as if some piegon waw fried. Very pathetic.
The staff are just not bothered about serving and just stays behind counter.
I was the only customer in their restaurant. After eating and paying the bill in full with no arguments, i wanted to cross over to holiday plaza for 5mins quickly with my baby to get something. But the staff urged me to move my car away as ive already paid and left. I paid RM211 yet cannot park for another 5mins. Thats how much their customer service is. Sucks to the core. Regret having promoted thia place to many people. A huge let down by Dr. Pravina for a once good place. We ordered prawn satti sorru, mutton satti sorru, chicken 65, prawn masala and omelette.
The food was rather ok. The prawns were not fresh at all and were soggy. So I told the waitress that I wanted to return the prawn Masala before I touch it. Another tall guy came to ask what happened and I explained. He brought the food back and came only to tell that it is fresh and ok. I asked him if he tasted it and he said nope. I then told him to try. He took an extremely tiny bit and said ya this is fresh. I was like how can he lie like this. Eventually we cancelled the masala dish. He did not apologise nor even said thank you when leaving after paying the bill. Overall worse service and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
