VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE CREW BY THE NAME OF NIKKI. Please beware of this lady working there. She is rude and disrespectful We do not expect any 5-6 stars service . Asking for a set of plate and a glass of beer . Walked away the first time . And second time when I asked for a glass . She stared and walked away. When being confronted , she answer “ I was busy putting this plate for you! “ in a very rude manner . This kinda attitude isn’t acceptable. Opened a few months ago. Used to go Sentosa branch but the outdoor seating kinda hot as transparent roofing. This new outlet very breezy plus a lot of fans & air cooler. Only down point is sometimes lot of mosquitoes due to next door construction on going but they provide repellent to customers. ( a year ago reviewed)

New review: service getting kinda from A to Z lately. Those previous servers no longer around. New servers really not so proficient in service line plus grammar are a bit low.
