It’s my 2nd time here and I only come back again for the food. The food is really good, as an Indian who’ve ate multiple banana leaf, from home to shops, it’s good. I’d give a 9/10 for food when I came first time and this 2nd time I’d give only 7/10, the cabbage wasn’t that delicious, but sadly the service is Terrible, there is only like 3 staffs and everyone is rushing. Banana leaf is meant to be served with love, it’s a tradition but here we literally waited for everything, the leaf is there no food for almost 15 minutes, the sides are there then no rice for 10 minutes, felt pity for the table next us who ordered earlier but their add ons of chicken were not there but rice was, so what’s the point of eating when the items are not even there, but halfway full from eating the rice alone?

Unfortunately, that was not the case here. At this particular branch, the female staff member wearing glasses completely ignored me when I attempted to ask for a vegetable refill. Despite there being plenty of staff present, it seemed that only two were focused on handling customers, while the rest were solely focused on the kitchen. Didn’t ask for any extra refill at all, but was told by the staff we cant add refills because it was sharing portion. Its fine to have rules, understood.
