We visited Richeese Factory for the promotion sets and were impressed with the food quality. The Spicy Chicken was delicious, and the yogurt tea drink was very tasty. Overall, it was worth the price. We truly appreciate Richeese Factory as a local brand and wish them continued success in the future.
However, we were disappointed with the customer service experience. We purchased four sets of chicken but only received two. My friend observed that a female staff member initially placed the correct number of sets into our bags but later removed two of them. When we returned to address the issue, the staff handled the situation without hostility and provided the missing sets.
Unfortunately, the same female staff member who removed our items displayed a clearly displeased and judgmental facial expression while looking my friend up and down. This behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. She did not offer an apology or acknowledge the mistake, leaving other staff members to rectify the situation.
Whether the removal of our sets was intentional or a careless mistake, it raises concerns about proper service practices. As someone with experience in the F&B industry, I know that checking orders before handing them to customers is a standard procedure. I am unsure if this protocol is not followed at this branch or if this was a case of individual negligence.
I appreciate the professionalism of the manager, who handled the situation calmly. I sincerely hope the staff can maintain a higher level of professionalism and take this as an opportunity for...

Okay fine, the machine broke—stuff happens. But why didn’t anyone tell us in the first place? You expect customers to magically know your machine isn’t working? You just hand over the drinks like it’s normal and say nothing? It’s basic customer service to inform people if something’s wrong or missing. Why do we have to come ask you?
And we weren’t the only ones confused—another customer was wondering the same thing, and I had to be the one to tell them your machine was broken. That’s just bad service. It’s your job to inform customers if something isn’t working, not make us guess and come ask you about it
Seriously, do better. Communicate with your customers instead of leaving them confused and...

This so disappointed me and also others customers that come after me. Please provide more stock of chicken if you had...
