Firstly, the waiting time was too long, I waited in line for almost an hour, which was really maddening. Despite the long wait, the taste and quality of the food was average - nothing special and not worth the wait.

Worse still was the poor customer service. The staff was unhelpful and impatient, which made the whole dining experience even more unpleasant.

As a paying customer, I believe that we should not only enjoy delicious food but also respectful and efficient service. Hopefully the management will take this feedback seriously and work hard to improve the overall...

We ordered dry & soup noodles but both are disappointing. The dry noodle has an overpowering taste of garlic. Had to eat the beef separately to enjoy the beef taste. The soup was very salty. Bingsu? Not worth it at all. Plain taste. The topping is too sweet and taste farrrrrrrrr from pistachio

Service was 3/5. We ordered the salted egg fried coconut, after few times asking, only to be served when we are almost done.

We went there on weekend, before the line wasn't there yet. Yet, many menu were sold out. Coincidentally, food that is more than rm19.90 is...

Had a REALLY BAD experience here on my first visit. Pls tell your staffs to be more ethical to customers. Order makanan pukul 2:19. pukul 3:24 baru dapat? dengan alasan system problem? air boleh sampai awal tapi makanan tak? padahal dalam satu order? had to call your staffs THRICE tapi tak ada sense of urgency langsung? sorry sikit pun tak ada till i had to strictly say it to their face? customer service TERUK it's like you open a shop and hire people just to work but tak ada soft skills and adab. not coming again even how tasty...
