Haidilao Aman Central Mall — Restaurant in Kedah

The service at haidilao aman central really disappointed compared to my experiences at the Penang branches.

Firstly, I was surprised and quite speechless when I was told that only one serving of taufuhua is allowed per person, and that any additional serving would incur an extra charge. This limitation was never imposed at the Penang outlets, where I was always free to enjoy more if I wished.

Additionally, I noticed that certain complimentary items such as fruits and other side offerings — which are typically available at other branches — were not provided at Aman Central. This made the experience feel lacking in comparison.

What stood out most, however, was the difference in service quality. The staff at the Aman Central outlet was less proactive and not as attentive or customer-focused. They didn’t scare the customers unhappy and unwilling to satisfy customers requirements. In contrast, the teams at the Penang branches are always friendly, accommodating, and will try their best to fulfill and satisfy customers requirements.

I think Aman Central branch should improve their staff training and a stronger emphasis on customer service. As a loyal Haidilao customer, I truly hope to see consistency in service and offerings across all...

I originally didn’t plan to visit Haidilao in Alor Setar again, but since I had promised the kids we would celebrate their birthdays there, we ended up going today. I’m really glad that Jia Le was working today—I even specifically requested for him to serve our table. As always, his service was absolutely excellent. He’s such a thoughtful and polite young man. It’s truly a pity to hear that he’ll only be working until the 15th of this month....

I had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
