Chef Faez — Restaurant in Kedah

This new Arabic restaurant is on the rise... The price is cheaper for quarter chicken Mandy compared to another restaurant I've visited. This is because they give a portion of rice less than other Arabic restaurants. I haven't tried a set for the family menu, there should be more rice. The food is delicious, the side dish like veggies still not top notch. It's like I eat 'ulam', doesn't have this Arabic style maybe they improvise I don't know. The environment is nice and their service is fast with good looking friendly staff. Welp, someone can't take their eyes off the hats. Grr.. Their Kunafa is really delicious compared to other...

10/8/25, Sunday, 3pm: Lunch. This time the space looks clean overall.. tak serabut sgt lime before. Lebih simplistic dan cerah dan kemas. Sebelum ni ada bakar kebab di depan kedai. Dan ada tempat buat air di tengah2 ruang kedai.

Dari 4 star sebelum ni.. kali ni kasi full 5 stars. Kopi arab dan teh arab dah ada. Makanan pun sedap. We ordered: hummus lamb (rm17), lamb kebab sandwich (rm14), chicken mandy (rm18), crepe nutella (rm25), orange juice (rm8), watermelon juice (rm8) and 2 ice tea (2 x rm4). SST rm5.88 All rm103.90. Still rasa teh o ais rm4 segelas tu mahai.. haha. Servis laju. Bayar boleh pakai cash and QR code now. Kad debit or credit belum boleh.

17/12/23, Sunday, 12.30pm: Had lunch here. Few additional menu seen.. lebih banyak pilihan. Harga masih agak mahal. Teh O Ais RM2 segelas. Arabic tea masih x ada. Selalu restoran arab ni.. antara menu wajib tuh. Kualiti makanan bagus jadi ok la bayar mahal sikit. Dah ada pelayan melayu in case x boleh cakap arab or english. Tapi rasanya yg arab2 pun dah fasih bahasa melayu tuh. Shawarma cheese ayam agak sedikit berminyak tapi padu! Nasi mandi ayam and lamb mcm biasa lah.. sedap. Sambal and sup pun ok la.. lain sikit dari yg dekat Puji. Kipidap!

March 2023 Nasi mandy lamb and chicken sedap dan portion banyak. Kunafa pun sedap. Sharwama biasa saja. Layanan tip top, servis laju, atmosphere pun tip top.

Yang x berapa ok: harga boleh tahan mahal, makan semalam, order kunafa, sharwama plate, mandy lamb, fries, air buah, teh makan 4 adults 2 children, total RM120. pilihan air panas terhad dan biasa, bukan arabic tea.. kopi x dak. pekerja kurang fasih bahasa melayu, kena speaking english atau arab x boleh bayar pakai...

Today i want to book for iftar and already order at 1 pm and just now the staff just text me and tell the restaurant is fully booked. Before he text me, he also tell me that my booked is proceed and also gave me my table number. The reason cancel of my booking because he told me that many customers booking earlier, why he didn’t tell me earlier?! So waste of my time. Really disappointed and unprofessional from your side. You should improve quality of your management. So silly mistake and so stupid decision making....
