We came from LIMA event and we were wet coz of rain. We plan to choose to dine in chenang or kuah but in coz want to avoid the traffic than we choose kuah to dine.we are 2 adults plus 3 kids.we ordered 2 fish & chips,special burger,mee curry,bakso and gyoza and plus drinks. First 1 fish n chips came out and burger after 15 mins follow with mee curry than I have to called the waitress to ask there will be 1 more fish n chips for my baby than after 20 mins it came out..all our family foods came out except my foods bakso after more than 1 hours I called the waitress n she check again to the kitchen than she came back to me saying " the bakso"is no more out of stock.i was stunned and speechless been waiting my food to came with hunger the waitress asked me if want to switch to other dish than I said I lost my appetite already really worse services we are the first guest and after us fill in with 2 tables obviously they are not busy..I really disappointed with that and I will never come back there again. Worse dinner experience and lacked of attentiveness,worse communication...

As a paying customer, I expect the quality of service and offerings to reflect the price paid. Unfortunately, both the food and beverages did not meet acceptable standards, and the quality of the table service also requires improvement. While this is not merely a complaint, I am genuinely disappointed with the overall dining experience.

I strongly encourage the management to take immediate and strategic action, such as engaging a professional training provider to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
