I'm writing this because it's a shocking & "sorry" experience throw back to Thursday meal at eko mall nanyang, firstly really sorry about what and how my husband speak and treat to a boy waiter. I'm not sure what's his name but I only read an alphabet "D" as his name tag was in cursive writing, but anyway he's wearing a round glasses guess around 20 years old with kind of little black face look.
Really sorry about how my husband talk to you and etc, but really appreciate how you react and reply to us and also the suggestions you gave us even me and my son was shock that you actually speak so much language, guess total you speak 4 language atleast to us that day. And also thank you that you do help me out a lot as my family have many different problem in communication, idea and also the technology stuff happen in our phone, also thank you for solving our "food problem" we requested and needed, btw it's still nice.
Still, Thank you really much and pretty sure we'll come again as it's kind of rare that there's really such young contain so much "potential", lucky to the outlet I guess. And also sorry that I judge your look like the book with its cover.

First attempt - Asked the waiter to check on the missing food 猪骨炸云吞米线汤 because we had finished eating all other food and it is more than 30mins. Waitress promised to check but no answer at the end. 2nd attempt - after 10mins the next tables (which came in later than us) got the missing noodles we ordered. But then next table customer realized it wasn't their order. The waiter took it away. I immediately asked waitress again the missing noodles. Same waitress and she said the same thing again. 3rd attempt: another 5mins, we asked another waiter. He checked with the kitchen and told us the noodles will come in 3mins. 4th attempt - another 5mins, I asked the waiter and he asked to change to another food because the frying machine broken!!!! At the end we request to cancel the noodles but your waiter insisted us to change the food. I had to repeat 3times telling him we aren't going to wait and we need to leave now!!!!!!
Improvement: Train your staff - no apologies given at all and never admit fault. I told the waiter that I saw our noodles was sent to the wrong table which is next to us. He didn't admit the fact. Make sure your machine is working or let the customer know if the food isn't available at...
Read moreThis is my go-to Nanyang branch. It can be quite stuffy and hot in the store so it’s good that they also have another open area across the store as an alternative. Though the servers are not always particularly friendly they are efficient, alert and attentive enough.
Special shoutout to Sean/Shawn who was super polite and helpful. Though he is only a trainee, he gave such good service to us. We had a special request for the dish we ordered and asked if it was possible and he was more than happy to help us out with it, usually we have to place our order via QR code but for that particular dish he volunteered to help us order it according to our request. All throughout our time there he gave us exemplary service and was really happy to help.
The food has always been quite consistently good, I recommend the Luncheon Meat and Egg with Scallion Oil rice - simple yet so flavourful.
