I went for my lunch here . It was very bad experience as i notice there are no staff outside and waited for almost 10 minutes for nothing with no proper advise or explanation regaridng the order that I should made. Eventually, when I entered in since waited outside, youre having less of manpower and should know how to manage the staff as well to ease the ordering method, somehow when I went in 3 of the staff were just standing at tht one particular place without doing nothing. It was just about 1:40pm and not crowded as well but I don’t understand wht is tht due of waiting for?? I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at your shop. My friend went there around 8:05 AM to buy a breakfast set, only to be told the shop wasn’t open yet — even though it's normally open by 7:50 AM. I then went myself at 8:30 AM, and again was told the shop still hadn’t opened. So what is your actual opening time??? Due to this, I had to go to another shop for breakfast. On top of that, during lunch time there’s often nothing available from your goreng-goreng menu either. Morning breakfast set not available, lunch also not available. Honestly, I can’t recommend this...

food was good since i only ordered breakfast set. Just a small feedback — I noticed the manager(i think since she’s the only one wore greyish tshirt, short hair) raising her voice at the staff a few times during my breakfast. It made the atmosphere a little tense, and I think a calmer environment would really improve the customer experience.
