Halal Kazakhstan restaurant and it's unique thing is they have horse meat dishes, if it's something you would like to try. Also a good spot to see people from those areas (Russians, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc) 😅
The restaurant is quite hidden as it's located at Level 1 (at Corner) and there are no immediate easily visible stairs. There's roughly 2 areas you can try to get to the restaurant. 1st is through the main Entrance (at center) of Endah Promenade which is the building its located at where you can go up the stairs (or escalator) and then just turn right and walk till the end. 2nd is through the car park entrance just beside the mamak restaurant and you can see on the right there's stairs and on the left there's also a stairs/elevator. I recommend the one on the left as it's in better condition.
Atmosphere: 4.5🌟 Well decorated and comfy and nice music system. The seats are also quite comfy and tables are not too near each other. When there's no music, the sound of the water stream flowing is relaxing as well.
Service: 4.5 🌟 Friendly and patience services. The food came out very fast, maybe because it's rather quite at this hour around 1:30pm. There are only 2-4 tables of customers at a time but I can see a bunch of food delivery orders going on.
Food: Beef Plov 4 🌟 It's tasty. The rice is the ones you usually seen in Arabic restaurants and even local food (like Basmati rice) which is longer in length. It does gives a similar feel as them as well. It doesn't taste very thick of spices and stuffs but mild fragrant especially some sweetness. The vegetables (which seem like carrots and horse peas) are also giving the sweet flavour to it and they are like pressure cooked and it's very soft which easily crumbled in your mouth. It's mild and very easy to eat and I can finish the plate as it is. However, I decided to try out the sauce since the beef cubes are quite dry and the sauce packs a punch in taste and it does help moisten the meat up. It's a bit spicy but nothing most Malaysians can't handle and it is also sweet at the same time feels like it has tomatoes in it. Priced at Rm 17++ which is very affordable considering the environment and its portions.
Food: Manty 3.5 🌟 Basically it's similar to dumplings where ingredients (I believe beef, onions) are wrapped inside and best eaten while it comes out hot. Its big in size and its full of meat fillings and the flavour is similar to the rice, its flavourful but not overly strong. It comes with a sauce that taste like Tartar sauce with additional herbs added and it's really nice. This gives people options if they want it mild and taste the flavour of the ingredients or add some strong flavour sauce to heighten things up. Priced at Rm 23++
Drinks: Compot 3.75 🌟 Very easy for Malaysians to drink as it's slightly similar to Ribena (sweet) but refreshing. It does gives a feeling of flowery fragrance. Priced at Rm 6++ (per glass) and Rm 20++ (per jug) it's quite affordable choice.
Dessert: Medovik 3.75 🌟 Got it as a free treat as it's the restaurant's birthday (14th June), Thank You 🙏 It tastes sweet and really good. It's a Honey layered cake and it's a loosely (not compact) layer and you can feel the fluffiness from 1st bite.
Good choice of place to bring your family and friends to try out different but not overly weird food. There are also lavish dish options so having a Company or Celebration (once in a while) meal here could be a good...

The Beef Plemeni is no difference is you have tasted Chinese dumpling/Yun Tun/Jiao Zi soup. The soup they served here is rather mild compare to the others Chinese style with heavy seasoning. The dough that wrap the Plemeni is not too thick and personally appreciate it. Taste great for people who like mild seasoning.
The Beef Cutlet is as normal as it could be, tasted good but not amazing. Its a simple dish with 2 beef patty paired with mashed potato.
At first, we thought of Uighur Lagman something similar to the Zha Jiang Mian from Korea or China but the broth of the Lagman is interesting. From the looks of it, it might looks spicy but in fact its not. Personally I like the texture of the Lagman handmade noodle, it reminds you of Udon noodle. For ingredients its being paired with beef slices, celery, long beans and some onions.
For dessert we had Medovik aka Russian Honey Cake & Oreshki, a ball shape with sweet caramel/peanut paste inside as fillings. The Medovik (Russian Honey Cake) is a nice piece of cake which is not too sweet. Love the texture, love the taste, the white layers are actually sour cream and the combination is just lovely. On the other hand, the outer layer of Oreshki is kind of hard in texture and the inner fillings are rather sweet to my personal liking. Would recommend when your party is 3 or more as it can get rather overwhelming.
For drink, we were recommended to try Kvass. It taste lovely to me but not my partner, it has fermented kind of taste, something similar to kombucha. So I guess it depends on different person.
The Plov itself is fragrant & lovely, just personally felt that the horse meat is rather dry while the horse sausage is slightly on...
