FlowRider® 1 Utama — Attraction in Petaling Jaya

I enjoyed going to flow riding with my friends and family! Special thanks to the good service and professionalism from all the staff at FlowRider. The toilets and bathrooms are always in clean conditions, basic amenities like lockers, hair dryer and body shampoo are provided as well.

My MOST favourite instructor is Felix and he is an excellent instructor! He is very patient; he taught us the right techniques step by step with clear instructors. If we still couldn’t do it right, he’d break them down to baby steps. Time passes so fast whenever we have class with him, maybe because we really enjoyed having him as our instructor! I could see improvement after every class.

In addition, Felix is really good in time management while at the same time optimising learning opportunities for each of his student. He made sure each of us pick up a technique or do better than previous round. Sometimes he’d even give us extra time if there was no student on next class. Felix even went to his lunch break at later time because we wanted him as our instructor. We truly appreciate it!

Booked a one hour session for my husbands birthday. There were 5 people in one session and get to use one side (half of the whole water simulator thing). So basically everyone have to wait for their turn to ride. When the one hour was up, all 5 participants did not even get to the stage where they get to use the standing board. They were all allowed to overtime and try the standing one for one time only. So if youre coming here thinking youre going to get 1 hour worth of surfing time, youre not. Youll be sitting waiting for your turn most of the time. Best you either book on a weekday at a time when no would come so you can get 1 full hour of actually being in the water and getting your moneys worth. Wouldnt recommend coming here during school holidays and weekends, not worth the experience in my opinion.

Pricing wise i think its pretty reasonable.

My two cents for flowrider is maybe limit the session to 3-4 so that everyone can get enough time to...

Located at LG 1Utama. For Onecard user, can easily do the booking via Onecard Apps with payment straight. Once booking confirmed, they will send email. 1st visit here and fast registration at the counter.

Very satisfied on the services, facilities and the instructors attending to me on the day. Counter staff explained very well with a friendly attitude. Instructors very professional and attentive for me as 1st timer trying this activity. Facilities are clean and comfortable inside their area with a good locker’s system.

Will surely come again here in future. Please book in advance for confirmed slot and just enjoy the experience.

Do expect some fallings if you are 1st timer and do some stretching before your time start.
