A refined lunch experience that won’t disappoint! If you love calm and cozy vibes, this spot is a must-try.

🌟 Overall: Perfect for dates or small group gatherings. The ambiance is quiet and elegant, and every dish has its own little surprise! 🍞 1st Course – Sourdough + Homemade Truffle Butter Soft sourdough paired with house-made truffle butter. Spreading it on warm, toasty bread? Pure satisfaction.

🥗 2nd Course – Grilled Romaine Grilled romaine topped with Korean-style chili anchovy sauce, parmesan, seaweed flakes, and shredded radish. Refreshing with a twist – that Korean fusion flavor was such a pleasant surprise!

🍵 3rd Course – Dehydrated Mushroom Broth This soup was next level! Made with dried mushrooms, lily bulb, charred onion, kelp, and black fungus. Light but incredibly umami – felt like sipping a high-end dashi at a fancy Japanese restaurant.

🍽️ Main Course (choose one): 🍗 Pan Grilled Chicken Breast Surprisingly tender! Served with ratatouille and mashed potatoes – light, healthy, and ideal if you’re not feeling like a heavy meal. ✨

What we had: SNACKS Ikura Tartlet (RM28) Fresh Shucked Oysters 🦪 (RM60) Garnished with ponzu dressing, ikura, and chives.

Mushroom Croquettes 🍄⭐️ (RM16) Crispy outside, warm and soft inside. The fragrant truffle aioli instantly elevated the entire dish!

Harissa Butter & Pecorino Grilled White Corn 🌽 (RM30) Every part of the corn is coated generously with harissa butter and pecorino without missing a spot! Beware because your hands can get messy 😈

STARTERS Foie Gras de Canard 🦆 (RM75) Topped with caramelised apples, pistachios, and jus. A bit salty but we savoured each bite of it!

Honey Semifreddo 🍯⭐️ (RM40) Texture was really light, it feels like eating a combination of ice cream + mousse! Served with poached Williams pear slices which were not too sweet, best to eat altogether in one bite 😋

DRINKS Blueberry Virgin Mojito 🫐⭐️ (RM22) Sweet, sour, and minty. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a less sweet non-boozy drink 🍹!

The 5-Course Menu ( RM 350 per person) 💕1st Course (Irish Oyster): freshly shucked Irish oysters, perfectly complemented by a Basil Lime Granita and Cucumber. 💕1st Course (Akaebi): Marinated red shrimp tartare, elegantly served in a tartlet and topped with Ikura. 💕2nd Course (Confit Duck & Foie Gras): The confit duck and foie gras dish is elevated with Mentaiko Mayo, Seaweed, and Squid Ink Sago. 💕3rd Course (Hokkaido Scallops): unique and special offering, served with Mentaiko Mayo, Seaweed, and Squid Ink Sago. 💕4th Course (Black Cod): served with Asian Slaw, Calamansi Vinaigrette, and Laksa Cream Sauce, creating a deliciously done dish that impresses with every bite. 💕5th Course: Desserts : The Tropical Eton Mess, combining Mango, Mascarpone, Meringue, Passion Fruit Gel, and Coconut Ice Cream. For those seeking an à la carte experience, TBC offers a variety of enticing dishes: -💕Mushroom Croquettes (2 pcs) (RM 16) : Combination of Truffle Aioli and Parmesan, the croquettes are crispy on the outside, with a rich and creamy mushroom filling. 💕Textures of Cauliflower (RM 55): Featuring Tempura Cauliflower, Dubarry Velouté, Almonds, and Truffle Oil 💕Charred Slipper Lobster (RM 120): Served with Moqueca, Tomato Salsa, Cilantro, and Croutons, the lobster is charred to perfection. -💕Warm Uni Capellini (RM 150): Fresh Sea Urchin, Creamy Abalone Emulsion, and Chive Oil, the capellini is delicate and perfectly cooked, coated in a creamy and savory abalone emulsion. 💕Australian Wagyu (MB 5) Striploin (150g) (RM 199):Accompanied by Caramelised Garlic, Roasted Cauliflower, and Burnt Onion Jus, the wagyu striploin is cooked to perfection, its rich and buttery flavor enhanced by the caramelised garlic and burnt onion jus.

TLDR: would recommend this place for a date night and any special occasions! 🙌 What we had: SNACKS Ikura Tartlet (RM28) Fresh Shucked Oysters 🦪 (RM60) Garnished with ponzu dressing, ikura, and chives. Mushroom Croquettes 🍄⭐️ (RM16) Crispy outside, warm and soft inside. The fragrant truffle aioli instantly elevated the entire dish! Harissa Butter & Pecorino Grilled White Corn 🌽 (RM30) Every part of the corn is coated generously with harissa butter and pecorino without missing a spot! Beware because your hands can get messy 😈 STARTERS Foie Gras de Canard 🦆 (RM75) Topped with caramelised apples, pistachios, and jus. A bit salty but we savoured each bite of it! Tomato Salsa Charred Tiger Prawns 🦐⭐️ (RM68) Literally everything about this dish screams perfection; the salsa, prawns, and sourdough blended together nicely ✨. MAINS Pan Roasted Lamb Rack 🐑 (RM168) Lamb racks were well seasoned, paired well with the pomme puree and ratatouille 🫶 super tender too! 180g Australian Wagyu (MB5) Striploin 🥩⭐️ (RM199) Star of the night! Presentation is indeed a 10/10 🌟 served with daikon cubes, caramelised garlic, and herb emulsion. DESSERT TBC's Chocolate Tart 🍫⭐️ (RM48) A sinful dessert to end the meal! The vanilla gelato helped to reduce the richness of chocolate cream. Honey Semifreddo 🍯⭐️ (RM40) Texture was really light, it feels like eating a combination of ice cream + mousse! Served with poached Williams pear slices which were not too sweet, best to eat altogether in one bite 😋 DRINKS Blueberry Virgin Mojito 🫐⭐️ (RM22) Sweet, sour, and minty. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a less sweet non-boozy drink 🍹! Final thoughts: food was promising in terms of presentation and taste; we enjoyed every single dish from the start till the end 👍
