I come to the restaurant once in a blue moon. Somehow or rather I find that the service has become from okay to bad. Front of the house need to buck up . Especially pastries area. It wasn't my first rodio with shallow engagement of communication service.
Today, upon arriving the restaurant, my wife and kids wanted to have some desserts and pastries. I weny to the counter to order. I told them that I have to sit down to order instead of ordering at the counter. I told them that I would like to be served on the front area (literally Infront of their display chiller) which are in the area of "tenant premise". They told me to go the other section and In order for me to eat that the particular area, it's only meant to take away. To my thought, what sort of logic this is? Is as good you guys don't need to put the table and chairs Infront of your food display area and let it be walk way area. I am here not to blatant anyone, but the "lady" at the pastries section has been giving multiple occurance of bad services.
Secondly, upon requesting for the bill, it took a while as I had to sit around the playground section for them to notice. I request for the bill and made the payment while I am still eating. The waiter requested me to give a comment of Google review. I seek for their guidance on maneuvering finding the Google review page. I listened attentively. While I was still eating my pastries, I told him I got to the page, and will give the review later. He said "No sir, can you do the review now?". I told him strictly but nicely "No, I will do it later", as I was still eating.
Anyhow, the food still maintained. But service are breaking . I hope you guys look into it. I may not be a regular, but I do come once in...

Not a very first time, typical I'll be coming because 1st, the food! 2nd would if any party invitation. As you know, I had a hard time finding the best steak/grill in KL with affordable price tag. Mostly, they suggest steak that similar cost your monthly commitment vehicle. And then, a miracle happened.
Am not sure if this is a new menu or else we've not known for over a year.... what's Ben's offered was that you can shopping a fresh products there for example you literally want to eat Wagyu beef, go to the butcher section select your fav wagyu pay and bring it to the Ben's Kitchen, they help you to cook as per need! But do not expectinf much because you're not living in a 5-star hotel, which is you can request whatever you want. I mean, this would be great because they may ask you a couple. need like, maybe you want less salt, medium well, or so on... just add on their kitchen service cost, then you can have what you wanted!
Turn out it's excellent. The food was made with full satisfaction. I can barely taste all of the flavor, and it suits my tastebud. The chef was a pretty experienced and friendly person. You can feel the joy whilst having lunch or maybe dinner with family, friends, partner or else. Cozy place to hang out and chilling. There's a wine section as well, just for Alcohol lover.
Like no any other Ben's, here is the best recommendation I can suggest for all...
Read moreFirstly, when I stepped in with my friend, a guy who was near the door was happily chatting away with the other staffs behind the bar with his back facing us. Fine, if he did not see us walking in, but the staffs behind the bar was supposed to let him know there’s customers isnt it? No. Till the guy on the floor turned to us. Secondly, we asked to sit outside. Naturally, shouldn’t they offer to switch on the fan? No either. Thirdly, ordered a cup of flat white, a cake and warm water. Waited for a good 10mins or so and they served me cappuccino instead. I told the waiter about it, he “cleverly” answer “so? Ok?”. Well done well done. However I took the cap instead for trying not to trouble anyone. Lastly, simple warm water we ordered wasn’t served till everything else was, we asked and reminded one (different) staff for it. With no apologies given at all, she went in and got it for us. Though it wasn’t not your mistake that you forgot about the water, it’s rule of thumb to always apologise no matter it’s you or your colleague who made mistake. You’re not representing the your colleague but the company you’re working for! When giving the bill (cause they’re closing) not even a word to say “hi, so sorry. we’re closing soon, do you mind...” Big Group please look into your quality of service. This is...
