Uncle & auntie decided to take a walk in slight drizzle to try BBHSP out. Shawarmas were tasty, packed with meat and veg (didn't skimp on them) and a complementing garlic sauce (yoghurt based?). Auntie was pleased with her falafel sharwarma - not many places have this - and gave it her thumbs up, though wished the falafel were more crispy. The wraps were toasted and crispy in parts, which gave it more bite. The fries that came with the combo were superb - thicker, crispy yet soft and fluffy inside. Atmosphere was diner style, clean and bright. They also have a cakes, pastries & coffee section (from other operators). For 1st (old) timers, ordering may take a bit longer as the small print on their wall menu display is challenging. Also may need to imagine/figure out what constitutes their most popular HSP offering only from their display picture (again, short-sighted challenging). Or seek help from their friendly and patient service staff Adnan. Free/street parking may be a challenge for those not from the neighbourhood - situated in a busy area of TTDI even into the nights, though there's paid parking 60-70 m away...
Read moreA rather disappointing visit. I probably had high expectations based on what I saw on social media. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and seemed impatient. The beef on the fries was chunky and bland—I was expecting it to be more minced and well-cooked. The shawarma wasn’t good, a unique experience but definitely not something I’d return for.

When we mentioned an allergy concern, only the staff made an attempt to check with the small 3-person team. My friend got upset and insisted on a new shawarma to ensure it was actually chicken. They gave us a complimentary calamansi beverage with our orders to try and ease the situation.
Additionally, both the coffee and dessert booths were closed, and the limited seating area was dirty, with no staff making any...
Read moreLet's start with the good , The garlic sauce is really garlicky and tastes awesome. The side of fries that comes with the shawarma is good . But unfortunately , that's where it ends .
The HSP Fries ( chicken ) was very underwhelming , it wasn't hot , there really wasn't anything memorable to write about , and I don't think it's worth the price. The cheese was lacking , chicken lacks in flavour .
Now the worst part of the whole menu is the beef shawarma , i absolutely do not recommend it . it tastes like boiled beef shawarma with no seasoning, no char on it whatsoever and it is also tastes like cheap minced beef . They heavily depend on their sauce which kinda dilutes with their boiled beef , the veggies was lacking as well . Also the outside wasn't even toasted .
Service wise , their staff is kind...
