I am writing to express my frustration with a series of issues I encountered at your store. On multiple occasions, including today, I have been unable to make my purchase with cash(RM20) because the store was unable to provide the necessary small change. This has occurred three times this month alone, which is concerning and inconvenient.
On my most recent visit, I asked the person-in-charge (PIC) why the store wasn't prepared with small change before opening hours. Unfortunately, the PIC did not respond to my inquiry and displayed an unfriendly attitude, which left me feeling bewildered and unsatisfied with the level of customer service.
To try to resolve the situation, I politely requested that my drink be prepared first while I went to exchange small cash to bring back for the payment. However, the PIC instructed the crew not to follow through with this request. When I returned with the small cash, I was informed that the crew had not prepared my order as promised, and the reason given was that the PIC had stopped them from doing so. This resulted in me waiting an additional five minutes for my drink(no customer queuing), which further added to my frustration.
I believe it is important for your store to ensure that adequate small change is available before opening hours to avoid inconveniencing customers. Additionally, I would appreciate more professionalism and cooperation from your PIC, especially when trying to find solutions to issues that arise.

I know during this MCO all shops close at 8pm, but it was only 7:20pm and they were doing cleanings, I wanted to but the nasi lemak, at first I stood there for awhile and nobody could see me, then I come back after a minute to make an order, a girl (blonde hair, wore contacts) at the counter was mopping the floor so I asked her if i could make an order. She paused for awhile, looked away and said no. I knew then she was lying. So I walked away and asked my boyfriend who wasnt there at the time to buy for me instead simply to test her out. And guess what? Not only she sell the nasi lemak to him (which at the time was already about 7:27pm) based on my boyfriend, she was actually mopping at the other side of the counter and was willing to drop it and told her colleague that she will take his order instead.
