My son's school had his graduation event here and it was very poorly managed. Staffs arrived later than promised, the teachers had to arrange the tables themselves. No staff on ground when there was technical issue with the PA system. The waterfall noise was loud (not suitable for an event with speeches). Cat poops were everywhere on the one section of the lawn. This is the worst. No staff to help clear them. Kids were walking around with shit on their shoes. Smelled terrible. It's unacceptable and really really poor management. Service is good and staff are friendly. The masak lemak daging salai and sambal belacan are very nice. All food was served at room tempreature, even the rice. That was a bit of dissapointment. We also ordered cencaru goreng. It came also at room tempreature. Since this is an ala carte restaurant, we though the food or least a few of the dishes should have been served hot. The sayur goreng tempe was a real dissapointment, looks like it was prepared earlier and have gone a reheat process. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of paid parking available at RM10. The food is tasty, & the waiting time is reasonable, not too fast, not too slow. Service is good, with friendly staff.
