Zebra Square — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Update: Paid deposit for booking but didn't deduct from bill. When asked to clarify, give many excuses and suddenly no feedback at all. Lousy management, not enough manpower but still open and give no standard food.

I heard that this place is quite good to do any event. We book a place that have privacy and even pay for deposit. Unfortunately, the moment we arrived there's no book from us. As it turns out, one of the worker forgot about it.

You give us the QR code to scan for order, but the web itself to order is not up to date. No proper picture, not same with hardcopy menu and it has remark which we have to type ourselves what sauce do we want. There's no option on choosing temperature cooking of meat cause you cannot make everything is medium rare as its not everyone fond.

The mushroom soup is apparently is stuffed inside the bowl bread which for me is not to liking because the inside of bread will soggy. And the soup itself is not enough. The rest of bread which almost half didn't finish you know why? Cause the soup is long gone already.

If you ask me about the taste for every food and drinks, its all barely okay. With the inconsistency food send. I understand you send the appetiser first for soup but for each main course that took more than 1 hour only to get CHEWY and RARE meat.

The supervisor in charge should notify clinet 1st that they didn't have enough manpower and service can be a little late. Then we would be understanding. But, you just left us for frickin 1 hours only to get 1 main course and another 10min for another main course which all of them didnt follow and what remarks said.

They did own the responsibility and give some compensation. That I'm giving thumbs up.

If you're into chicken chops, this is probably one of the best Hainanese Chicken Chops you will find in the heart of the city. One can also opt to have their chicken chop served roasted, grilled or on a sizzling plate. What particularly stood out for me was the huge portion of chicken thigh quarter and french fries. The chicken chop was cooked just the way I like it - slight crisp on the skin while the meat remained juicy and tender. There was also a sweet and sour sauce on the side for added taste. The french fries was served hot - slightly crisped on the outside and soft on the inside. Most importantly, the overall meal was not too oily for the more health-conscious customer like myself!

For drinks, I opted for a fresh coconut and found it refreshing for warm days like these. I was also able to easily scrape out the soft, coconut flesh. Given the huge coconut, it could have been a light meal on its own!

The "icing to the cake" was when it came time to pay - I was given a 20% discount off the entire bill. I understand that there's currently a special promotion on all food and drinks at 10 Warung until the end of June 2023.

The other promotion for the month of May that I am looking forward to trying is the weekday lunch sets that come with ice lemon tea, all priced between RM9.90...

Just wrapped up a lunch program at Zebra Square, Kuala Lumpur, and it was amazing. En. Zulkarnain and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. The venue itself is stunning, offering spaces that perfectly accommodated our needs - a very comfortable indoor setting perfect for private meetups and beautiful outdoor settings.

The food was good—and we all enjoyed it!

The staff were always on hand to assist, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. The level of service provided by Zebra Square truly made our program a success!

I can't recommend Zebra Square enough for anyone looking for a versatile and beautiful venue in Kuala Lumpur with top-notch service. Zebra Square is the place to be!
