Terrible Experience at CHAGEE AEON Maluri Branch – Unprofessional and Rude Manager

I had the WORST experience at CHAGEE’s AEON Maluri branch. I went to redeem a voucher at the counter, and the staff was utterly clueless, claiming all orders had to be placed online. Fine, mistakes happen. But it got worse when she called the so-called branch manager for help.

The manager was shockingly unprofessional. She didn’t know anything about the voucher and, instead of helping, stood there glued to her phone, doing absolutely NOTHING. We were in a rush and ended up ordering online ourselves, which thankfully worked, but the manager didn’t lift a finger to assist. If that wasn’t bad enough, after we placed our order, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at us as if we were the problem!

This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. To have a manager – someone who should lead by example – behave this way is beyond unacceptable. CHAGEE Malaysia seriously needs to step up and retrain their staff, starting with the manager at this branch. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’ll think twice about CHAGEE in general after this.

Avoid this place if you want basic respect...

Aeon Maluri girl staff is totally give me wrong information.. I'm walk in order and asking honor of kings toto bag and she telling need to use mini program to take order need to purchase minimum RM40 ringgit above.. After i take my ordering.. I was so happy to waiting.. Went my tea is done she telling me only WALK IN can get the toto bag.. I ask her again just now she not telling the same things but she said she never say it.. I'm understand alot of order she too busy but she can't give me wrong information and this is her mistake.. Disappointed with Aeon Maluri Chagee..Never go...

I’ve been standing at the counter for so long, but the staff just ignored me. If you’re too busy, shouldn’t you at least let another staff member know that there’s a customer waiting? I understand you’re busy, but you should at least inform someone. Also, every time after I order, I always have to wait a long time? I go to another chagee store just few minute can get my drink but I wait here 30minute????wthell？ just buy a drink also need to wait for half hour????not many customers are here but I wait for too long !!time!!! U should improve ur quality in this shop So very...
