Nice food & environment is good. We are comfortable with the place. I rate the staffs including the SUPERVISOR 2/10. For me the sv are not tht friendly, he was okay but not serving enough for a customer service. He saw me raising my hands for an order but he delay and not put a smile on his face. He doesn't bring the order chit to take our order. The staffs are new probably so the way they handling the cutleries and serving need to be improved. The staffs mostly talking/playing with their phone so I have a hard time to call them for adding the order since they did not notice me. They forgot basic items like chilies which should be served with the Hor Fun and sugar for the tea. For me the SV does not set a good example so the staffs will do the same thing. food arrived late. the staff just yelled from afar for the table to sit down. Did not help us where we should sit compared to other branches. I have a voucher from a member to use. I ordered meatball spaghetti and asked if it could be used for the voucher and the staff said yes. After taking a while, i reveive beef bolognese spaghetti not meatball spaghetti. This branch has the slowest service. We reserved a table at 6.28PM so it is understandable that the hot foods would take longer to prepare, esp in the peak of Iftar. But they couldn't even serve us ready made food while the hot ones are being cooked. The staffs actually needed to be told what to do before the cakes and pastries came along. The drinks took a while too. We were edgy and despite the food tasting okay, the dissatisfaction was overwhelming. The staff that took our order was also very hot and cold, often making sour faces when we asked for our food's progress. Definitely not visiting again...
