I walked into the store to place an order, but no one was at the counter—even after I called out “hello” multiple times. Eventually, I had to walk further in and saw two staff members looking at their phones and laughing behind the counter.
After I called out again, a Malay girl finally came over to take my order. When I tried to pay with Touch 'n Go (TnG), she told me they only accept cash or card—which didn’t make sense because I’ve successfully paid with TnG at this same branch before. It was only after a male staff member came over and did something on the computer that I was suddenly allowed to pay by TnG.
While waiting, I wanted to sit down, but the dining area was dirty—used tissues on the floor, food crumbs all over the seats and table, and torn packaging left behind. Honestly, if the staff had time to chat and play on their phones, they could’ve used that time to clean the place up a bit.
When I received my order, the staff just handed me the pizza box with two chili flake packets—no tissue, no bag, no cutlery. When I asked, she just said, “We don’t give.” But I’ve ordered from here before and I was given a bag with spoon, tissue, and chili flakes. So it really felt like she just didn’t want to bother.
As for the food, it was just average—nothing particularly special or outstanding in terms of taste.

Awful and show no respect. Just a simple question asking her that if any of these pizza uses mayonnaise, she rolled her eyes and replied in an unwilling tone saying "No, we do not sell that". I instantly keep quite and look straight to her eyes hoping that she realize that she was quite rude to do this to a customer. She looked at me and gave a very sarcastic smile like "meh...so what" kind of look. The management of this outlet, just bring out your CCTV you'll know who's the staff and freaking fix it.
Because of attitude like this, I definitely will never return again. If you are in the service line, customer service is the utmost priority. If you're not willing to do your job, just get lost. I hope the owner of this outlet sees this train your staff properly. Otherwise, she'll be the reason why customers are not coming back. The tracking mentioned ready at store even after 1 hour ordering, tried to call the store using the 1300 number and they tried to transfer the call but it was ended immediately (as if no line at all at the store or purposely turned off). Call more than 7 times, i even tried to call other nearby outlet and they could not provide me any solution other that to go to the store directly.
I went to sri petaling branch and was informed the rider just went out to deliver!!!! What a joke. They had to stacked 4 orders together then only delivered! So shocked!
