Hello? Ordered 5:23pm and selected for deliver later at 6:15pm at condo. But then it showed delivered at 6:11pm, I haven’t receive any shits until 6:43pm. Order number e67c2550-e78f-11ef-96d9-a910f60c151d. What the heck domino’s? This one should be the worst store ever, I was loyal customer since forever. Updated: it finally delivered at 7pm. Why?? Why abuse the system? You could call the customer and said you will be late.

been craving dominos for a while now and today i finally decided to order at 8:19 pm. patiently waited for 2 hours 31 minutes and 25 seconds. then finall decided to go to their outlet INFRONT OF my house. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT THEY TOOK 2 HOURS 31 MINUTES AND 25 SECONDS TO DELIVER MY PIZZA WHEN THEY ARE JUST 0.1KM AWAY. when i got to the pizzaria the employees insisted that they had cancelled my order however, i had shown then my email proving that they did NOT infact CANCEL my order. after 15-25 minutes i received my long awaited pizza.... AND IT WAS COLD AND THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!??? THE AUDACITY??!?!!! THEY CHARGED ME FULL! FREAKING FULL!!!! VERY VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!! NEVER ORDERING FROM DOMINOS EVERRR...

Domino WAS my favorite pizza house and I USED to recommend it to everyone I know. But recent experience has been turning from bad to worse.

From wat used to be 30mins top, I got my pizza after1 hour and it is no longer hot. I ordered only 3 things and 1 was left in the store. I tried to call the hotline to find out the status and well, there is no more customer service but IVR to direct u to the branch who took the order. Guess what - they tell u the branch is crystalville in the order summary but expect u to know it is located in danau kota.

When I figured that out and choose the right branch, no one picks up the call. Clearly domino has failed in all dimensions that used to impress me.

So this should be my last order and everyone I know will get...

We came to pick up our pizza and chose the delivery to the car. We followed all instructions in the app, but unfortunately, the store didn't notice we had arrived as they mentioned their buzzer cannot detect our arrival. We were the only car in front of the store and there's only one customer eating in the restaurant at the moment. We were in a rush, so I had to come into the store to pick up.
