10:50am: I placed my order. 11:40am: after 50 minutes, the app still parroted āKitchen is preparing your order.ā Iād been ringing nonstopāevery single time I asked to be transferred to Taman Desa, the line conveniently cut out. Not onceāevery time.
11:41am: someone finally answers. Barely coherent. Blames a āsystem error.ā What error? No answer. I ask for an ETA. Response: āweāre packing your order.ā Thatās not a time. Pressed again ā ā10 minutes.ā
Then the app flips my order status to Out for delivery, and at 11:57am it has the audacity to mark DELIVERED and beg for a review⦠while Iām staring at an empty corridor.
~12:02pm: rider finally shows. I ask about the late-delivery voucher (Dominoās 30-minute promise). He shrugs: āI donāt know. Check HQ.ā
What did Dominoās Taman Desa actually deliver? Ghosted calls, fake tracking, zero ownership, and a late customer. Their system gaslights in app form, their customer support team is a revolving door to nowhere, and their definition of DELIVERED apparently means āstill on the way, mate.ā If incompetence had a flavour, Dominoās Taman Desa is extra-large. Absolute shambles.
I hope they can do a written explanation of how this farce happened and what Dominoās Taman Desa is fixing so the next customer isnāt treated like an idiot.
PSA: if you fancy hunger, and being told your food arrived when it didnātāthis is your place. Everyone else: avoid Dominoās Taman Desa like a dodgy...

No wonder this outlet has so many bad reviews, considering the other reviews of this dominos, i suspect Iāll receive my order in another 2 hours if Iām lucky. Not to mention I also suspect that theyāll tell me to fill in a feedback form, but seeing as how many people they told to do that, and considering how the service is still as appalling as ever, nothing is going to change.

Edit: my food finally arrived at 14:03 PM, more than 3 hours after i ordered it, not only was it cold, but it looked like this
Did the driver shake around my box like it was a maraca?? And why are the cinnamon pieces all in one big doughy clump (WITH NO CINNAMON)
Oh actually wait no, there was cinnamon, ON THE MOZZARELLA STICKS, not to mention the pasta is literally dry underneath the cheese, dry as in some parts are still crispy!
Iāve been to the hospital and the food there is better than this, and it didnāt cost 60 ringgit and I definitely didnāt have to wait 3 HOURS.

Onion Rings was half burnt, cold and soggy with thick flour cant find onion inside. Pizza and Beefy Salsa Tango was cold and soggy, everything is so disgusting and uneatable, have to throw everything after few bites, and go out find something else to eat.
