Hani Coffee & Roastery — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I recently visited Hani Coffee & Roaster and had an excellent experience. The environment is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The food was absolutely delightful, with each dish offering a unique and flavorful experience.

I started with the Pistachio Burnt Cheesecake, which was creamy with a perfect balance of rich pistachio flavor. The Matcha Tiramisu was a lovely twist on the classic, with the matcha adding a smooth and earthy depth. For drinks, I tried the Green Oasis, a refreshing blend of matcha and coconut that was both invigorating and light. I also tried Black Forest, a chocolate and raspberry oat milk drink which is delicious.

The savory dishes didn’t disappoint either. The Katsu Sando with tori katsu, egg mayo, and fries was a satisfying and indulgent sandwich, while the Smoked Duck Carbonara was a true standout, with the smoked duck, Padano cheese, shichimi spice, and onsen egg creating a flavorful and comforting dish.

Overall, Hani Coffee & Roaster offers a wonderful mix of delicious food, excellent drinks, and a great ambiance. Highly recommend...

One of the best viral cafe out there! Despite the super hard to find parkinggg 😅, the experience made it totally worth it.

Salmon Chazuke: 8/10 – My first time trying this dish and wow, so good! The tiktok girlies weren’t lying… definitely a must try. Love itt.

Gyu Gyu: 6/10 — It was okay, but i wished it was a bit saltier. Even after mixing everything, it still tasted a little bland. Also, the egg i got wasnt runny (I thought its usually soft-boiled?). Still, not bad overall!

Matcha-misu: 9/10 — One of the BEST ive had!! A bit on the sweeter side, but the matcha bitterness balanced it out nicely. Now im craving it again 😭.

Pistachio Burnt Cheesecake: 6/10 — I’m not usually a cheesecake person, but i could eat this one! The pistachio flavor came through strong, which probably saved it for me hehe.

Houjicha Latte: It was alright. good, but not the best.

Hot Black (Colombian beans): 6/10 — Fruity and interesting, but i didn’t quite vibe with the grapefruit notes. Still good though, and id love to try their other...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐White RM13+2 (for change to Colombia beans) ☕ Beans are omni roast and Goodday milk was used. Visuals shown on profile cards are quite accurate. After the acidity on the top part, comes the freshness of well frothed milk, which subsides the bitterness but remain the body.

⭐⭐⭐Pistachio Burnt Cheesecake RM23 🧀🍰 Overall is sweet and surprisingly light although cake texture was quite firm. Top part has a stronger pistachio nutty taste and the bottom has more cheese taste. What it needs to improve: cream and pistachio were kinda excessive since it doesn't complement the cake, also there's an obvious powdery texture in it.

⭐⭐⭐Katsu Sando RM26.8 🥪 Thick brioche 🍞 was used with namban sauce and plenty of light but well seasoned fries🍟. Portion is GIGANTIC and can actually feed 2 person as breakfast. Only downside is that the chicken cutlet was too dry.
