My husband and I showed up at opening at 8am hoping that they would have the US College basketball championships on their TV’s (March Madness Final Four). They did not which we knew could be the case so fortunately we brought our iPad and watched it there while we ate a delicious breakfast and shared a couple bottles of champagne (mimosa time). There were several things we liked about this place. The decor of this place is really fun and cool and the staff was nice. It really is a beautiful sports bar with lots of TV’s.
There was one frustrating thing though… We had stopped by both of the 2 previous nights for drinks purposely to ask in advance if they would have the college basketball championships on that Sunday morning at 8am. Every person we asked, 4 staff members, simply said “yes, just show up and they’ll put it on”. The problem is no one seemed to really investigate or necessarily understand what games we were asking for. We did not feel confident any of them knew what they were talking about, hence why we brought our iPad. Since it is considered a sports bar and it truly is set up like an amazing sports bar, the staff should either have a supervisor to direct us too that could answer our questions or be better informed themselves. Simply telling us to show up for a game that was very important to us and then when we get there, they then tell us they do not have access to that channel. That is not the way to run a sports bar. Again, we had our iPad so we did get to watch it but hopefully in the future if someone asks about a specific game it is taken more seriously to actually try and see if there is a possibility to watch it at your beautiful restaurant.
As a side note, while we were there apparently one of the owners (or maybe he’s an investor) showed up and sat right behind us. We found it very interesting that he clearly saw us watching a basketball game on our iPad with their bar TV’s all around us and didn’t even think to ask us what we were watching and why we were watching it on our iPad. Good business would think he might want to investigate what we were doing and why his sports bar requires us to watch our sporting event on our own iPad.
We gave it only 3 stars due to the lack of knowledge on what sporting events you had available. It’s such a shame too because your restaurant is really great plus you are the only place open that early in the morning so it would be perfect for sporting events in other time zones when people are...

I’ve enjoyed multiple dishes at Gravy Baby. Green Curry 1st visit. The spices and freshness with my hot fresh pita bread were perfect. Chicken Cesar Salad (portion was a little small) with cocktails the next visit. My most recent visit, I enjoyed their Chicken-Mushroom-Tarragon Pie with Traditional British Meat Gravy! They are famous for their pies! It was freshly made, crust flaky but dense, the filling was in proportion, full of flavor, and piping hot! I wanted to order one to go for my plane trip back to Thailand! But was very full on just one pie. Each of the meals satisfying - all freshly made, tasty, with deliciously well balanced flavors presented in a beautiful vibrant setting. The restaurant boasts a large bar area, outside patio seating available with an open air indoor option as well as a full interior dinner vibe towards the back of the facility. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the Suriaa KLCC MALL on a busy intersection - there is plenty of designated sidewalk space for people watching as passersby visit nearby attractions like The Petronas Towers just a 5 minute walk to the left of Gravy Baby. I came in March & flew in again July after having great meals & service here. They haven’t missed. CONS: #1 They are a bit pricey comparatively since its is considered a tourist area in downtown or as it’s listed KLCC. (Kuala Lumpur City Center.) A 10% AND an 8% tax are added to your bill. This is not a group or large party fee. I dined alone. Still got the fee. But the food & service coupled with the upbeat atmosphere will not disappoint. CON #2 The music is ‘club level’ loud but you’re able to zone it out once you settle in. A great find! The menu is extensive, even offering multiple breakfast options beginning 8am and open very late… 3am or so. Do try this restaurant, many great things to enjoy and the food is worth the stop....

It was Sunday but wasnt crowded as we expected, there were many available seatings. I had to point out that they didnt have washroom or at least a sink to wash hands. I had to take an access card and further in to crown regency hotel washroom. How do you handle if there's a big crowd? Food: cheesecake texture was not smooth for cheesecake that cost rm22. Besides, there wasnt light from the cake chiller indicating its off. And that explains why their cheesecake texture is weird and its not chill when served. Weird taste n texture compared to common cheesecake. Strawberry granola milkshake not chill enough and not sweet. Ordered berry ice blended but came smoothie like texture There wasnt even little blended ice chunks n its not chill at all. Next, the texas bbq pizza had a weird taste and smelt like socks 😭 Super thin crust with super thin glazed sauce and lack of toppings. They shouldn't have added corn as the topping, it was too weird to be there. The buffalo wings was not fresh because you can see n smell the chicken blood once you take a bite (photo attached) Meaning it is not properly washed or stored, guessed it exposed to room temperature for too long. In a nutshell, the price doesnt worth the quantity at all. Small little 5 baby chicks wings, I could swallow all in a go. P/s: I really had high hopes because this is one of the famous place to dine in KL and our expectations...
