Rock Bottom Desa ParkCity — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

During my recent visit, I encountered several disappointments that tarnished the experience. Despite spending a substantial amount on food and eventually purchasing a bottle of gin, I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for a taste test for the bottle I purchased. This seemed unjust, particularly considering my subsequent purchase.

Attempting to address this concern with the manager led to further disappointment. The manager appeared disinterested and unbothered by my grievance, offering no resolution or understanding. Furthermore, the service charges imposed were high, yet the service provided lacked attention to detail, such as not having drinks poured for us.

This lack of customer centric service and the manager's unresponsive attitude leaves me disheartened. I had hoped for a better resolution and acknowledgment of the unfairness experienced. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to...

I came across this restaurant for dinner and relaxation . Firstly I am so impressed with the environment. Such a nice vibes to chill and relax our mind and it’s a restaurant and bar concept.The Indian food was extraordinary. I love their Chocolate milk shake as well. The place was so high class and clean as well..The way their staff approach me is so professional and polite. They Took care of my table very well from the start till the end specially the staff name shiv mohan and Thia. I asked for their name just to mentioned it here, such a friendly service. They gave me a frens fell evento I am alone ter just now. I felt too comfortable. I will definitely visit there with my bunch ppls. Kudos to the Rock Bottom Desa Parkcity...

Their service is rock bottom too. Asked them for some water, and the waiter brought water saying it’s from the tap. We either have to order mineral water in a bottle or drink tap water. I was shocked, how can someone bring tap water for guests and mention it so casually- leaving them no choice but to order a bottle. It’s not so much the money, but the unnecessary commercialised way in which they treat their guests. I have never in my life been to a North Indian restaurant and been told that green chutney is chargeable, except at this place. I was shocked.
