my sister took me there for my birthday on early of dec. At first they told me, when they're trying to make a reservation, the staff told her that they dont accept reservation which means first come first serve. Unfortunately, once we got there, we saw a reservation sign on a table next to us. Weird is it ???
Let's call your staff as A. I saw how chaotic the store is maybe due to lack of manpower. but this does not give you the greenlight to be RUDE to us. My sister asked a few questions regarding the menu and A just responded with a face. you know that kind of annoying face.
I ordered the 300 Gram Murray Pure Rib Eye and immediately A responded " Yang ni mahal " as if i can't see the price and maybe i looked to poor to afford the food.
When my sis wanted to pay for the food, A said " Kejap AKU gi ambik mesin" im not sure about the whole conversation but A definitely just use "AKU" with a customer. Im not asking you to treat us like an angel or so but in my entire life, i have never communicate with a server like that. even at a cheap burger stall. maybe should use "SAYA" instead.
The food took a pretty decent time to prepare. I did not have too wait for a long time for all the food to arrive. but the food was too sweet for all of us. Especially the ribeye sauces and the lamb. I just ate the ribeye on its own without any sauces. I dont have the energy to talk to A and asked for any other sauces available. The best food that we had on that day probably sweet potato fries, crispy calamary and pasta. i cant really remember which pasta we had.
It was my birthday and it really affect me emotionally on how A treated us. I was hoping that day to be memorable for me and yes it indeed give an unpleasant memories to me. With the price that we pay and the service and the food that you gave us, definitely did not worth the price. I have been to other steakhouse eventhough im not spending as much as everyone did, they still treat me the same way. Mybe if the service was good, we would come by for our next visit. Maybe just for snacks like the calamari. but since the service is very very very poor, i dont think we would. If i could give -1 star, i definitely would.
If the manpower is enough, maybe A would not look like a headless chicken. But i dont the the attitude would improve.
VERY VERY VERY NOT...
Read moreI went to here yesterday, the foods was ok. However, the things that triggered me to get very pissed off is your poor customer service. Seriously Jibby by the park how did you train your staff to serve your customers? I don’t feel welcomed at all. Once I entered the restaurant, a huge mistake that I think I would get was a humble welcoming from your staff.
Unfortunately, a person in charged at the counter, your other staff that walking around me and my friend have the audacity to just look at us while not even tried to approach us with a simple “hello” or something common like a “welcome” I tell you, not even a smile your staff could give me as a customer? Now tell me is this the way your staff has been taught to treat your customer? To conclude, maybe your staff think that we come to your restaurant just to asked for a free flow of foods without willing to pay because that was absolutely how you made me feel. I paid for my foods. Be nice. Come on, don’t treat people like they couldn’t afford to pay for their own meals.
I can say this because I experienced it by myself how can you serve other people at other table nicely, even when they already paid for their food, your staff can nicely said “thank you ya, please come again.” Eventhough there are a few staff that hovering around the counter and saw us going out, STILL not even a thank you, come again or anything. What kind of service was that? Once again, I don’t know if that was your rules not to welcoming your customer or appreciate every customer that has come into your restaurant. There are many more, but those two issues needs to be highlighted. Train your staff to be more professional when handling their customer around & don’t treat your customers like a beggar, very awful and disappointing I...

Service
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. Orders were taken promptly, special requests were handled with ease, and food was served efficiently. The team checked in at the right moments without being intrusive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out.
Ambience Jibby by The Park offers a warm, botanical-inspired ambience with a stunning glasshouse design. The space is filled with natural light during the day, surrounded by lush greenery and modern rustic décor. High ceilings, hanging plants, and wooden accents create a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The outdoor seating adds a serene, garden-like touch, especially for pet lovers.
Food Overall food is average & nothing outstanding but to my surprise tiramisu cake is really good. The tiramisu cake was absolutely indulgent — perfectly layered with light, airy mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked sponge. Each bite had a balanced mix of sweetness and rich coffee flavor, with a hint of cocoa dusting on top that added a delightful bitterness. The texture was smooth and velvety, melting in the mouth. It's a well-executed classic that felt both luxurious and satisfying — a true treat for dessert lovers
