I have dined at jyu jyu yakiniku in lot10 6 times, because the restaurant is not open yet, so I choose to come to the branch of the garden, because the previous dining experience & food are very good, so I brought two friends who have never been here Tasting, I was very disappointed that the beef tounge I ordered three times but still did not serve, so my friend ordered beef tounge again, and the waiter told us that today’s beef tounge was no more stock (we ordered the food fourth time). And I started my bad mood because I introduced my friends the jyu jyu's beef tongue is very delicious, but we didn't even enjoy a slice. Secondly, the Wagyu meat slices were delivered in three times. The third wagyu was not delicious, and the texture was obvious There is a difference, this is the first time I leave a bad review for jyu jyu yakiniku, please improve, and my friends also said that they will not come here to taste again. Because the meat they ordered several times did not come. There are really a lot of mistakes in this dining experience.

The lowest ranked store. Orders are slow. Ordered items are wrong. The staff member said all the orders had arrived, but by the time she was about to leave, her order arrived late. What do you mean? ! ! I just don't understand it. Moreover, even though there were some ordered items that had not been sent, they came to ask for additional orders. There is nothing I can say about it other than fraud. Please be especially careful with the young staff taking orders. The staff left the gas screw open, spewing out a large amount of gas, and then lit the fire. I almost got burned. I'm glad it didn't explode again. Please teach the staff how to handle gas. Is it strange that I have doubts about this management? I won't run away or hide. I paid a not-so-cheap price at a dishonest restaurant. , it's a shame that you didn't get the meal you deserved. your store is not a food stall No good. Again. No good。。。 Thanks

Second time having yakiniku here, but don't think I'd be coming back. Their meat is tough and chewy. Had their buffet and really not worth paying RM200 plus for all those tough meat. The thicker the cut, the tougher they are. Say it's Australia wagyu but the toughness is like Indian frozen beef. Even local batang pinang is more tender. Fyi, Australian wagyu has close to no marbling so don't get fooled by its name. The 3⭐ is only because of the friendly staff, great kimchi and fresh scallops.

Won’t ever come back again due to the following reasons:

  1. The serving speed was quite slow, about 10 mins just to bring out the meats and other dishes ordered even though the restaurant is just 10-20% occupied

  2. The complimentary Australian wagyu was tough and dry after grilling, probably because it was not a very high quality wagyu, plus it was sliced too thinly and it got overcooked easily. The other beefs on the menu were also quite tough and chewy for me.

  3. The portion size for each dishes was very inconsistent; the Australian wagyu dish came in a super big portion even though I was only a single diner! (They should have been more flexible and scale it down to a smaller portion as I was a single diner). When I ordered the diamond cut harami they only gave a very tiny piece. When I ordered the prawns for the first time, they gave only like 2 pieces of prawns, after I ordered an extra serving, they gave like 9 pieces of prawns which freaked me out (as I was only expecting 2 pieces of prawns per serving plus I was already at the brink of feeling full).. I complained to the staff about this and luckily he just told me to take as much as I want and he’ll take back the extra prawns to the kitchen.

  4. They only serve chicken rib/breast for the chicken part (only found out after ordering as this was not clearly indicated on the menu), so please don’t waste your stomach space ordering them if you prefer thighs/drumsticks.

  5. Their staffs might bring out the wrong orders sometimes even though you have clearly pointed out what to order on the menu (ordered the garlic with sesame oil but they brought out the chopped raw garlic with their sesame oil + salt condiment instead). Maybe it’s due to language barriers?

  6. I kinda preferred their staffs to have asked us whether we prefer to do the grilling ourselves or whether we need them to do it for us (Got a bit annoyed when they did it for me as I preferred to do it myself, since they ended up overcooking some of the stuff I ordered as they were also “busy” attending to the other customers’ table🙁..)

The only good things going for them were the butter with garlic, edamame and the refreshing yuzu sorbet I guess. Overall it felt like a waste of money (RM215 per pax) for such a subpar meal. (I felt like it’s not worth more than RM120 for a meal of such quality)

To the owner: hope you can take action accordingly to improve and not just respond with a...

Just went here over the weekend and I've been here for 4 times in total. Once at the lot 10 branch and 3 times at the Gardens Mid valley outlet. I must say that the standards have gone down quite a fair bit. The Aussie wagyu cuts used to taste way better and the matter that really annoyed me the most was that, we paid for three pax buffet and each time when we requested to top up the meat, the portion always came lesser than expected.

Come on, there were 3 of us and we believe that we should get what we had paid for and not try to short change us by saying that "it's an expensive cut!" Even so, when they served us with the so called "expensive" cut, there were 3 of us and they only sent in ONE piece, which to me it was some form of an insult.

On top of that, during order, the waiters always missed out on our orders. I even gave them a friendly reminder to bring a notepad so they wouldn't forget. There was only one staff there (she was new apparently) who cared to bring out a note pad to take down our orders and by far she was the best waitress at that time.

Lastly, there was no dessert this time around, as I clearly remembered that they used to serve us desserts towards the end of our session. Then again, the absence of the desserts don't really matter but we're just disappointed with the first two issues.

Will we return? What do...

Would not recommend this outlet, and sincerely hope their crew improve.

From ordering, it took more than 30mins for 1 small plate of meat to reach table. The gas stove was spoiled, and they only changed my seat after me grumbling about it. (The crew even talked back to me telling me to just use the side of stove which had fire.)

The two plates of Wagyu meat that came was the toughest that I’ve ever had. (They say its 200gms but it look under because it was so thin) I had the one at Lot10 outlet. It was completely different.

Side dishes and Cold noodles that was served, came 1hour+ after the order. Second serving of cold noodle that was served, was undercooked. It was also very slimy, to a point I wondered if they had spat in it, which made me lost my appetite.

The whole experience was very unpleasant. It is a RM215 perpax after tax meal, might not be alot to some (According to the server that talked back to me, “its very cheap only”) It still is an amount of money to guest paying.

(Note, throughout the time, I had not yelled or spoken out of line, simply asking where the food is, as the shop wasn't even fully seated. The constant need to badger the staff where the food was made the whole experience of meal highly upsetting, as though we’re better off somewhere else than to...
