Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The worst Pizza Hut branch ever! I went there with my sister for a dine-in experience a week ago. We waited for 15 minutes without any staff attending to us, and the whole restaurant looked deserted. Eventually, a middle-aged female staff member approached us and asked for our order. I mentioned that we wanted to dine in, and she looked at us as if we were being annoying, saying we needed to order online, which would take more time. This is not the first time. I don't know why the staff hates when the customers want to dine in. They even chase out dignity students once who want to celebrate by eating inside the restaurant.

We didn't mind and chose a seat instead. When my sister started ordering by scanning the QR code, the staff informed us that we could only order soft drinks and not other beverages like milkshakes, even though they were listed on the menu. After the staff brought our pizza, she insisted we pay immediately. When I stated that I would prefer to pay after our meal since we might order more, she insisted we pay right then, explaining that many customers had left without paying.

Pizza Hut, is this how you treat your customers—like they are thieves?

The indian middle age female staff was on her phone the entire time and put her call on speaker. She didn't even bother to give us chili sos and tomato sauce bottle. If the staff are going to be so lazy, then at least have the self take sos like KFC. Why is she so rude and acting like she own the branch. I just saw there are customers complaining about her since two years ago. Just closed this shop instead of embarrasing...

Probably the WORST Pizza Hut outlet in Malaysia.

This week I ordered pick-up via FoodPanda from them twice (what a big mistake). First time, we arrived at the stated pick up time but there was no staff at the counter for more than 15mins to assist. We saw that our order number on the screen is ready for pick-up, so once lady staff #1 appeared we asked and she said "Tunggu" so we waited and she disappeared again. 15mins later, lady staff #2 comes downstairs and we ask about our order again, she looks at the order number and disappears upstairs. Another 10mins pass before lady staff #2 comes downstairs, without our order. We ask once again and she just tells us to go upstairs and take it ourselves. Upstairs, our order is just left out on the table below some other orders..

Second time (we wanted to give them benefit of the doubt + we were craving pizza), same thing we order for pick-up via FP. Upon arrival at stated pick up time, we had to wait again. After 15mins we went upstairs to check and the PIC said our order was picked up by a FP rider (???). He said "maybe the rider will send to your house".. Um how will the rider send to my house if there is no address because I placed an order for PICK UP?

Waited for another 20mins for them to re-make our order, all in all we were there until 1 hour past our initial pick up time.

Pizza Hut, PLEASE improve. PLEASE do something about this outlet. While we were waiting, the dine-in guests look miserable as hell too. The staff are unfriendly, unhappy to serve and lazy. PLEASE...

Ordered melts from this Pizza Hut (PH) outlet. Horrendous. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the melts we received. Thin layer of tasteless burger, coupled with halves of a small baby tomato. Dry and over burnt. No sauce, except pathetic drops of cheese.

Brought this up to PH FB page. There are at least few more who faced similar issues. Till todate, no one contacted us after getting all our info. Worse is, they have removed our comments from being viewed by others. Meaning, only I can see my own posting. Same to others who posted can only see their own comments. Removing customer comments and true experience, trying to lure others into believing how great their melts are, it's like making a non honest living.

This is by far the worse pizza we've came across. Inferior quality at high price. We won't be having high expectations should they not come with high price. Tbh, even Pasar Malam sells better taste, lower price melts.

PH will definitely tell us, "picture for illustration purpose only". But this is far worse than picture. It shouldn't deviate that much.
