It's important to note that personal preferences vary, and some people might enjoy cold kunafa for its unique characteristics. For me personally, I enjoyed it while it warm and hot.

Overpriced gimmick, relying heavily on social media and capitalising on the fact that it's right next door to Damascus (which has extremely long queues, because it's more of a tourist attraction rather than an enjoyable place to eat). I ordered the chocolate cup with pistachio and nuts, the chocolate was horrendous, tasted powdered, like very cheap chocolate, definately not like Cadbury's or anything. I understand they probably make their own chocolate or source it locally, either way that chocolate tastes yuk. The other thing I ordered was the chocolate baklava piece, and OMG that was extremely dry to the point where I couldn't use the spoon to break it into smaller pieces, I had to eat it by holding the entire thing like a pizza, only to realise why it wouldn't crumble, because it was too dry with hardly any moist left in it.
