Bad experience at KYOCHON!!!
On Dec 30 at approximately 3:15 PM arrived, the staff at the front said something that I could not understand and was not clear (the staff looked like OKU/DOWN SINDROM)
When going to the seat, the leather seat still has wet marks because it was just wiped. The staff is careless about the cleanliness of the seats. Does not completely dry the chair with dry cloth that has been wiped.
I ordered green tea, but got hot green tea because when the staff took the order manually, he didn't ask if I wanted it hot or cold. I thought I got a cool one.
Then had to ask the other staff to change it to cold. But he said you can only add ice in the hot green tea teapot
The staff took the teapot and walked away. Acting to ignore me by doing other work. Made me wait a long time.
I acted to call the staff of Muhammad Nur Khoirul (who originally took my order). Then he apologized and gave me cold green tea.
Food is slow to prepare. And when the food arrived, the female staff did not give me a spoon, fork and tissue.
Caused me to have to take all the necessary items myself.

Read moreMy friend has never tried KyoChon so I was excited and brought him there to try as I remembered how tasty their chicken was. To our horror, the staff told us that they're closed and the time was only 9.18pm. To be fair to the staffs, they probably can't accommodate dine ins because of the trouble of serving and cleaning up after, so I was kind enough to request for a takeaway which they declined my offer too. My friend was very disappointed because he was looking forward to it after I gave him free marketing of their food. We went and ate at their competitor instead at 4Fingers which closes at 11pm and they allowed us to dine in even at 10pm plus. I had worked in retail before and have family and friends working in F&B, and the earliest cut off time is usually 9.30pm and they will let the customers dine in and only chase them after 10pm. Wouldn't they want sales if not, more? Here I was a happy paying customer but I was turned down just because they decided to close earlier than their official closing time. 😢 I really hope the management sees this review and improve on it, if not your sales will end up with your competitors. Read moreThe business conduct is very suspicious. I ordered set of two and set of one which includes side dish (pickled radish). We supposedly receive three side dishes, but only receive one. When asked to the server, he said they're short of plates to serve the side dish in but we can ask for refill. So i tried to reason with him, we ordered three but we receive only one and you guys are telling us to ask for refill? He said yes, we are unable to serve three side dish in different plates because we're short on plates.
Then i said to him, i ordered three, i should receive three. Not one and having to ask for refill, it's not the same thing. If you guys are short on plates, why not just serve all three side dishes in one plate? i wouldnt mind. The server said ok, went back to the kitchen, and came back to us with another two of the side dish in different plates.
