By far the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Placed an order on the self-service machines provided and waited in line to pay for the order by cash. I got my receipt and my order number was 130 and my friend’s was 131. Looked at the screen where it shows what orders are being prepared and ready to collect and the numbers were around the 170 mark. We thought maybe it would jump back to our order numbers soon and patiently waited around 30 mins.
30 mins gone and we still didnt receive our food so we decided to ask the man who was giving out the orders. He literally looked at the receipt, whispered something in his colleagues ear and gave the receipt back to us with no response. Im a patient person and understanding it was busy due to NYE ignored the attitude the man. The order numbers then started at 100 again so thought maybe it would come back to 130/131 at some point.
We waited another 20 mins and our numbers came but it was someone else’s order who had the same order number as us. We spoke to the woman who looked like a manager or an assistant manager and told her about how we have been waiting an hour for our food. She looked at the receipt and realised and said that she’ll do our order now. She LITERALLY got the receipt and put it behind her and started to do other peoples orders who had only ordered like 10 MINS AGO WHEN OURS WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE. I tried speaking to her again and she just kept ignoring me acting like I was in the wrong somehow or if i was cheating her.
At that point, we realised theres no help here and we left, wasting over an hour and money for our food to not even show up and be treated like cheats. The customer service was REALLY BAD. I understand that working on NYEs can be stressful but you should atleast help the customer if youve made a mistake and theyve waited over an hour for fast food.

Read moreI recently visited the McDonald’s outlet at Intermark Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient and easily accessible, especially for those working or shopping in the area.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The service was bit slow and there was bit of communication issue ,but my order was accurate, which I always appreciate. The food was fresh and met the usual McDonald’s standard — the fries were crispy, and the burger was nicely prepared.
The seating area was clean and spacious, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. One thing I’d suggest improving is the availability of condiments, as they seemed to run out quickly.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick meal in KL. I’d definitely return when I’m...
Read moreWent to this place a couple of months back and I remembered clearly how bad is the service and how rude is the staff behind at the kitchen. The place was not busy at all, but there was no one to take customer's order. Instead, couple of staff choose to stand behind in the kitchen and do nothing. When asked someone shouted to order outside and point to it using his mouth. The thing was there no one at the counter outside which I had previously waited for 10 mins with my boy who had just wanted an ice cream. At that point I can't tell if this mcd or a really really bad school canteen. Clearly there is no more leadership at any level in this establishment judging from the various comments and by how the people in ties at the golden arches clearly...
