Took us about 5 minutes to get a seat from customers who were about to leave as they were fully booked- for a very good reason. I'd seen this hotpot suggestion on Instagram and thought it was simply overhyped due to paid endorsement. However, getting inside the restaurant gave me my answer. These guys don't even need the publicity – their food does it for them with ease!
Now we get to our seat amidst a packed (i mean fully packed not-a-single-table-left packed) and i asked myriad of questions as it's my first time trying a hotpot. All questions nicely and patiently answered by the staff, who even showed what goes where.
The food - we arrived famished and left almost needing to be wheeled out! Twas a 2-hour dinner buffet and we didn't even spend up to that before our bellies started giving way! If you CAN eat and know HOW to eat, this is your spot. Every table gets a portion of free beef, chicken, meat, and soup base (thanks to the staff who recommended the Tum Yum and Miso combo) to start, with lots of free choices of toppings and sauces and everything you can think of to add. Drinks, desserts, fruits are also included in this very affordable 69RM. Still cannot believe two of us spent less than $30 on that spread! You get to refill your toppings and drinks and everything [that's not paid] unlimited in those two hours. And guess what, if you play a time game at the cashier (see in photo), one of you gets to eat for FREE. yes, free. I've never been lucky, so I paid fully!
I cannot sing their praises enough, tbh. I hope they continue to make sales and fill bellies to the brim as they're doing.

Read moreI recently visited your establishment, which has been a favorite spot for my partner who just had a tumor removed wanted to come here and due to your excellent lamb. Unfortunately, this time our experience fell short of expectations.
Service Concerns: When I requested for the lamb to be thinly sliced, your waitress, dressed in all black, initially dismissed my request by saying that the machine slices the meat consistently. I explained that on prior visits, the lamb was always thin and well-prepared. She returned with lamb slices that were even thicker than before, which made me question whether this was intentional.
Cleanliness Issues: • The ice box appeared moldy. • The water dispenser was not as clean as expected. • Plates and trays were oily, which raised hygiene concerns & floor was oily + slippery • The lamp above the food waffle area was noticeably dirty, which detracted from the dining experience.
Food Quality: • The lamb was chewy and tough, unlike previous visits. • Our order was incorrect—despite specifically requesting 6 lamb and 2 beef, we were served chicken we did not want. The staff insisted it was complimentary for all tables, but it wasn’t what we ordered. Even the sauce was not as great as it used to be.
It’s disappointing to see a decline in quality and service. is it a Saturday thing? as we’ve always enjoyed dining here. I hope you can address these concerns, particularly regarding food preparation, staff training, and...
Read moreThis was my third time dining here. My first and second visits were fine.
However, my most recent experience (just two days ago) was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival, the cashier (a girl with no friendly tone) simply said, “Pilih soup.” While I tried to brush it off, the lack of basic friendliness was quite noticeable.
We placed our belongings at the table and went to get food from the buffet. When we returned, the gas stove hadn’t even been switched on. While I let it slide as a small issue, it’s still something the staff should handle, not the customers (especially for those unfamiliar with how it works.)
No one informed us that the smoked duck was out of stock. (Which was the main reason we came.) That was really frustrating.
One of the waitresses (wearing a hijab) did smile occasionally, and I appreciated that. However, she still lacked basic customer service and professionalism. What really disappointed me was when she switched off the gas stove without saying a word or offering an apology, leaving us confused.
When we asked another staff member about it, instead of explaining or apologizing, he casually said, “Jap eh.” Seriously?
This visit was a huge letdown. I genuinely hope the management will train the staff to improve their customer service and communication, because basic manners and clear explanations make a big difference in a...
