Additionally, their curry mee is not what it used to be; the curry is very watery. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Even their signature white coffee was just average. The only good thing out of this place is the supersized coffee and drinks. Will only come here (all their branches) for drinks, as it’s quieter and cheaper than Starbucks. The reason for the cold food could be the laziness of the staff, they served us all the food altogether at the same time, meaning the food has been sat on the kitchen table cooling down while other food being cooked. Is this what we are paying the 10% service charge for? No greetings and we had to scan the menu and self-order.

I used to be a regular customer at this OldTown branch, and the previous manager and staff were great. However, the service has gone downhill this year, especially with one particular Malay female staff member who is consistently rude. On three occasions, the app showed items as available, but they weren’t. Instead, they replaced them with cheaper items without adjusting the price. When asked to revise the price, the same staff member argued, blaming the app/system and claiming it couldn’t be canceled, insisting it wasn’t their fault. If the food isn’t available, why is it still on the menu? Also, the nasi lemak menu shows a hard-boiled egg, but they served it with a fried egg, which caused me to unnecessarily order an extra fried egg. Service was excellent, especially CIK SITI who was friendly, courteous, helpful and patient with our queries. She was soft-spoken and smiling throughout our visit. Ambience was cosy and comfortable. Tables and chairs were clean and neat. Merchandise were neatly displayed with clear price tags. Food-wise, the taste was okay, but the management could do a bit of tweaking to the sets, serving size and be more wallet-friendly.

Overall, I would definitely come again for the coffee and toast, and also to say hi to the friendly and courteous...
