It had been established here for decades since Jalan Alor became tourist attraction. As a local, I still love to patron this shop for their tasty and good portion of roasted pork, sweet bbq pork and roasted chickens beside their other specialty fried dishes although their price slightly higher than local restaurants but portion is generous for me as a regular customer here. No matter whether you are local or tourist? Their menu is fixed price stated. Just don't order different from their menu, you 'll be safe. We stopped in for dinner around 5:30 PM. The service was very good, the food was good, and the prices were OK, but a bit high in my opinion. We had a sesame BBQ ribs small size, a lemon chicken small size, fried dumplings, and fried bean sprouts small size, along with a beer and lemon ice tea at a cost of 108 MYR. Ordered spring rolls and the seafood noodles which were recommended by the waiter. My fault. I said I wanted noodles and asked what was best. He said seafood. I should have replied that, "I meant what was best, not most expensive". Spring rolls were very average and bordering on being burned. The seafood noodles were very bland.
