You pick this hotel for the amazing location and great value. It's right in the middle of Bukit Bintang; 2 malls next door, another few within 15 walk; a ton of close by restaurants; Jalan Alor night food market a 2 minute walk away; metro station nearby. And the price is fantastic for how nice it is.
Space is not a problem for these rooms. Some things are a bit dated when you use them but the room looks great and you can't even really tell until you open a drawer and it's a little stuck. Not really an issue though. Bed was fine, I really liked the pillows. Outlets were sparse but are workable. TV has 3 different movie channels which have some decent movies if you're looking for that but not too many overall channels or language varieties. The view from the window was okay. There was a fine mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was pretty good. Decent counter space. Nice roomy shower with some great hot water. The toilet flushing was unique but fine. The towels were a bit thin for my taste but did the job. They also gave a bar of soap instead of liquid which isn't my favorite either but it was fine.
The breakfast was pretty good but not many Western breakfast staples. Pretty much just eggs and toast and pastries. They have over easy eggs and omelettes. Then there's several kinds of Malaysian food, like the typical Malaysian breakfast dish which was pretty good here. They also had some noodles and a couple kinds of rice. For the toast (white and wheat) they had a couple kinds of jellies and peanut butter. They also had croissants and some delicious sweet pastry. And there were a handful of different fruits which were mostly good but some didn't...

The room facilities are complete and clean. Our room even had a work desk, fridge, hairdryer, and even an iron with a board.
The location is very strategic. Close to 7-Eleven, and two nasi kandar places. Even the Sungai Wang shopping center is just a short walk away (Sungai Wang has restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and even souvenir stores).
Close to Jalan Alor, for those who want to go on a culinary hunt (though most of the food there is Middle Eastern and Chinese). Didn’t find any Malay restaurants.
Close to the monorail and MRT.
Many small roads to walk through and explore.
Close to an electronics mall — yes, I finally bought a 4G tablet. In Indonesia, most tablets are WiFi-only.
Pavilion and Lot 10 are within walking distance. We even walked all the way to Suria KLCC, and it was comfortable (it’s called the Skybridge, a walking experience with air conditioning).
Most importantly — the staff are friendly! I want to highlight just how friendly they are — whether it’s the night or day shift. I borrowed their weighing scale several times… to the point that the receptionist recognized me.
I really recommend this hotel — whether for families, couples, or just a spontaneous weekend getaway from a pile of work. Even if it’s just to change your working atmosphere and do WFA...

👩🏻💻: We stayed there for 3days 2nights with bfast!
Receptionists at the counter were all friendly and helpful; you need to put in Rm50 deposit until you check out.
The room we were assigned to (honestly) was not up to my expectations, really need more lighting (seriously) ; you can see the view outside from the video I attached; wifi provided (but we never use it); got termites on the television stand/table ; no rooms slipper, toothbrush, comb provided - room complimentary(we called then they gave) ; the toilet was clogged sometimes & need to flush at least 3times..
Locations were really strategic; near to low yatt; sungai wang; pavillion, lot 10 & even nearby the MRT station! 👍🏻
Breakfast was awesome😍; only the fried rice & fried mee were too spicy, I cant finish it & its wasted, should consider the level of spiciness; the staff are quick but due to the shortage (3people only) , they cant do much help; I was a bit shocked when the security was the one who tick the customer list who came for breakfast; usually it was the staff itself ; but other than ticking, standing & press the lift button; he should have assist customers that came in wheelchair /disable or with baby & the stroller to the nearest table & easy access by them & other so it will not blocked the way ; the dining place is a bit small compared to massive...
