Restoran Inshaf Bistro — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Food and atmosphere just okay like any normal bistro. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered Roti Pisang because I was craving for it and ordered some drinks of course. But the waiter didn't even ask first the availability of the food and simply sent the order to the kitchen. I just feel like eating Roti Pisang at the moment, then the waiter came back and told it was sold out. So I said cancel the order because I planned to go to the other bistro/mamak nearby which is a walking distance. But they said drinks order already sent to kitchen so cannot cancel. I never went to any restaurant or bistro that cannot cancel order. This is ridiculous! I was ready to leave and the waiter rudely ask me to order other things. I even questioned him why he never ask the kitchen first before sent the order to them. I feel like I was forced and feel like being scammed to dine here. Worst experience ever! No other bistro done this...

This restaurant is operate by some rude foreigners "Indian/Bangla". Rude cashier and waiters, see customers waiting there for very long time but they pretend not seeing you. Waiters and especially the cashier are not willing to attend to serve customers! Always seeing them talking chit-chat with nonsense. Ordering foods here is a difficult with their staff lazy to work and telling you to go ask other staff yourself to make your order. Don't know how to train their staff. Also, had experiencing diarrhea after having my dinner here. Dirty restaurant! Lousy service, expensive cut-throat price! Piece of rubbish restaurant, don't ever go to...

Food is delicious but don't expect the service. All server here are from South Indian from India and most of them doesn't understand neither Malay nor English not even Hindi also. So don't expect your order to come exactly how you asked. They have very poor hearing quality and only knows the food name. If you ask for less sugar it will never come on first place. Be careful about the bill and always check before pay because sometimes there's some item is added without noticing. Otherwise food from the display is fresh if you go around...
