The food here is generally good when dining in, but the service leaves much to be desired. There usually seem to be only two staff members managing the whole place, so once a few tables are occupied, service becomes extremely slow… almost to the point where it feels like you’re better off serving yourself.

I’ve also ordered multiple times via Grab delivery, and if you place your order in the evening, you’re likely to receive leftover chicken parts with very small portions. It’s definitely better to dine in if possible, or place your delivery order early to avoid this issue.

Another concern is the condiments, particularly the chili and ginger sauces. The portions provided are minimal, and delivery orders often ignore any special instructions to include more. Even when dining in, getting extra sauce takes ages, so I’ve resorted to helping myself. The staff originally gave us a very diluted ginger sauce, seemingly because they didn’t bother to stir it properly. Given how essential the ginger sauce is to the meal, it should really be served with better care…
