🍖 First Impressions
The rich, dark broth immediately signals depth and slow-cooked comfort. It carries that glossy sheen that hints at marrow and collagen — a hallmark of hours of simmering. The steam rising from the bowl, coupled with the neat marbling on the beef, makes it clear this is a hearty, soul-warming dish.

🥩 Beef & Texture
The beef slices are thick-cut, with visible layers of tender meat and gelatinous fat. Melt-in-your-mouth tender, likely stewed until the connective tissue softens but still retains a pleasant chew.
⸻
🍜 Broth & Noodles
The broth appears robust and beefy, leaning toward the soy-based side rather than herbal, judging from its deep brown hue and clarity. It promises a balance between savory umami and gentle sweetness.

🌿 Garnish & Presentation
A simple topping of chopped scallions keeps it clean and comforting — no excessive garnishes, just honest flavors. The presentation is straightforward, reminiscent of a local favorite spot that relies on taste over embellishment.

⭐ Overall Impression
This looks like a classic beef noodle soup done right — bold in flavor, tender in texture, and soothing in character. Perfect for a rainy evening or when you need a meal that...
Read moreArrived at the restaurant on a hot Saturday afternoon. Not many customers at that time, after placing our order, the worker put 2 small plastic bowls on the table. I don't know about you, but a glance at the bowls I lost my appetite. The bowls r so stained!!
We ordered the so called signature mixed beef, priced at RM26. The soup lacks aroma and flavor that one expects in a good beef noodle soup. The serving is small. It is over priced and, sadly, over rated.
The workers will clear up the bowls and table rather quickly upon we finished the noodle. Since it was a hot day and the traffic was still heavy, we thought of hanging around for a bit to wait it out. The lady who took our orders earlier came and asked if we want to order anything else with a very strong unwelcoming tone and hint that we should not stay. We asked for hot local coffee or tea, she answered they don't have, and instructed us to go next door! Such was the service. We took a few last sip of our drinks and left as very unhappy customers. Needless to say if the place deserve a second visit.

Read moreI had very high expectations about this place since everyone travelling to KL seem to be promoting it like crazy. The soup is okay but not excessively great (I've had better Chinese beef noodles in South East Asia). There is a great variety of meats, such as cow belly, intestines etc and of course the beef balls. My order is plainly just meat, and no crazy body parts and no meatballs. You also get to chose the type of noodles you want, I like mine flat rice noodles. If you're lucky, they'll sprinkle your soup with some fresh chives or fried garlic, otherwise you will have to speficy you want it. Also, they do not speak English, so it takes time to explain your order because there are no pictures of their difference choices, only a vague names in Malay-English and then only Chinese. The price is also great. 11 MYR for a large bowl, that's almost free. So I give it 3 stars, which is not bad at all, but couldn't give it 4 stars because it didn't "woaw" me at all. I felt it was quite average. Not bad but...
