love their teas - per pax from RM6 -20 ++. The food preparations were mostly healthy, stir-fried, less MSG (even though I love it) and less salt but surprisingly all good. Just that the portions could be improved - I was expecting bigger. Service level was on par and attentive. Parking is either within the building if you want hassle free. I and my family have tea session at 2nd floor Purple Cane HQ Shaw Parade. I got buy few tea and i got voucher for Purple cane F & B.

I was clearly inform at counter and chinese ladie captain I want to use voucher. They say ok.

After I finish food, I go payment. Then the chinese ladie captain say can't use voucher or use member due I order is Set meal.

I serious feel not fair to us. Early aready inform want use voucher. Then when bill payment only inform cant use due set meal.

Why the captain chinese ladie don't inform early??? The capital chinese ladie just answer just not me order the food. I don't know??
