I was feeling a little peckish and decided to have a quick bite. As I live abroad with no outlet available, this is a FAST food restaurant I miss having a meal at, and I decided to make my order and wait to feast on it.

Little did I know that it made me turn from peckish to HANGRY as it was a totally uncommunicated 30-minute wait! It wasn't informed when I placed my order either, otherwise I would have just taken my money elsewhere!

Apparently the wait was due to them running out of spicy fried chicken. What made me feel compelled to leave this review is the fact that when the fried chicken is ready, and with the manager coming out to help with the orders, they clearly did not follow the ordering sequence in a first in first out order. Customers with clearly later queue number had been called to pick up the meals while I'm still left waiting for my meal to be served!

While the food still remained as good as I remembered it to be, the whole experience with really subpar service and lack of communication really just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Okay let me clear here..I went 3 times for this place ..once the food was cold ..then I thought it's okay..second time I tried also...same..the quality its not there, food was cold..then I stop going there to buy ..after so long , I thought it's will be improve ..so i again visit this place ..quality it's terrible ..cold food again!..when I saw what really happen ..then I saw they prepare their food a lot and put on the warmer..not in the warmer ..on the warmer...it's 2.15pm..its out of peak hrs...what their manager do...not monitor their product ? What the area manager do ?? Never visit the outlet or issue any production chart? All sleeping? I spend my money..you not giving for free..I consume ur food and gt diarrhea..this is second time..it's maybe food Poison...Im fan of Texas chicken..from cheras I willing go glanmarie Texas ,.seriously worth for it ..they never failed to provide good food and hot..kudos for them..dear management take a look what happen to...
