"SUPER PET-FRIENDLY CAFE"
I was so disappointed with the seating services from V88!! THEY PRIORITISE PET OWNERS INSTEAD OF CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PETS.
We went there at 3 pm and put our names on the waiting list as there were no more seats available.
After 30 mins, we went back to check, we saw that CUSTOMERS WITH PETS that came later than us took already seated and enjoying their meal. Right after, a big table right in front of the restaurant left in our eyes and we were THE NEXT ON WAITING LIST, we then ask for the table as we have our members ready, BUT the waiter told us that we have to wait for the next one as the table was PRIORITISE for PETS OWNER. I was so frustrated that they rather give the table to other groups with PETS, which came later than us for the table instead of us who was waiting at the front desk. Even right after asking the waiter, he still decided to call other customers with pets, WHICH IS BELOW US ON WAITING LIST to come over instead of giving us the table, quoted what he said
"LIKE I SAID, THE TABLE WE PRIORITISE PET OWNERS."
We immediately left to other whereabouts and later when we pass by, we saw the table was occupied by customers WITHOUT PETS too!!
Question to them:
Why do they prioritise customers with pets so much as customers without pets are spending customers too!
If the all the customers are without pets queuing for the table, and if a customers with pets came the last. Would prioritise them the seat too?
If you all really love pets so much why not advertise yourself as a pet...

The waiter ask to order at the counter which Is fine for us...we ordered some specialty coffee..waiter told us is not available, we went back to change our order, again the waiter said out of stock cuz run out of the syrup, and is a Sunday, there is no delivery. ( Don't you do forecast and stock check?)
We ordered 3 ice coffee , 1 lychee latte, 1 matcha green tea at one go...First coffee came 10mins after we order , which is acceptable...but in between the waiter keep sending wrong food n drinks to our table. We waited for another 10mins to get the second coffee...and another 10mims for matcha latte.
We went to talk to the bar waitress and she said orders are made following the POS system queue....We got pretty upset, as we also run a restaurant and we knew how the POS system works. We didn't order drinks at different timing, so we are unhappy that she just brushed us off with an attitude and show us some impolite hand gesture. This is not how you treat your customer. You could just politely tell ur guest, " I am sorry sir for the long wait, let us get your drink in a minute and we will make it quick....etc..."
We are not gonna re visit this cafe again cuz of the attitude of your...

I ordered the big breakfast, lemonade, and lavender tea. While the wait time was fine, what came next was absolutely horrifying. The bread in my big breakfast was moldy. Not âa little mold,â but a good 20-cent coin size of mold. My partner only noticed it after taking a bite because the texture felt weird.
When I brought it up to the waiter, there was no apology, no urgency, nothing. They casually brought it to the back, and I overheard a staff member dismissively say, âSikit jeâ (just a little). Fun fact: it wasnât just a little. And even if it were, why donât YOU eat moldy food then?
For RM 30, this is beyond unacceptable. Mold isnât just gross,itâs dangerous. Consuming moldy bread can lead to food poisoning, allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, or even respiratory problems. Now imagine if a child ate it. Children have weaker immune systems, and eating mold could result in severe health risks or long term complications.
The worst part? The staff didnât care. There was no apology, no concern, absolutely nothing. If theyâre this careless with their food and customer service, I shudder to think what else goes on in their kitchen.
Save yourself the trouble, your money, and your health stay far away...
