The Apartments at Times Square Kuala Lumpur by Robinsons — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This is my designated location when in KL. Reason is not because of the beautiful pictures of the rooms you see online or the various good reviews you see. It's mainly because of the location and proximity to many places like Pavilion and Lot 10 and Sungei Wang and most importantly the room rates are attractive enough to make me book the apartment suites again ans again. The prices is half of the hotel rates which you can see from the opposite side of Berjaya Times Square. But rooms are much bigger over here. Cons when you book the suites, don't expect 5 star room service cos there is non. And no check it desk either. All is done by booking agents gathered at the lobby instead. And if you are lucky, the facilities in the room are working fine if not you might get problems like no hot showers in the middle of the night, or my most recent cade no WiFi connection but was resolved within minutes with a call to operator. If you are someone who have low expections the suites are for you. If not, go get the 5 stars hotels surrounding the city...

Stayed here with family (with 1 wife, 2 teenage daughters, 2 childrens and 1 baby) for the theme park. 2 nights stay. Check in on 22 oct, check out on 24 oct. Long weekend due to deepavali on 24th Oct. The handler, mr robin is very responsive and active. Our room was upgraded foc and the room was very spacious. Masa booking stated only 2 adults.. but with the whole family pun.. the room was spacious. Bawa jer toto, settle. Katil besar ada satu. Baca2 review cakap ada lipas tapi x ada nampak pun. Lift pulak ada komen kata slow.. itu pun tak betul. Ok saja. Reasonable waiting time. Very convenience sebab nak makan2 pun boleh turun ke shopping complex BTS. The food court there makan best2 and byk pilihan. Mr robin and his friend very systematic. Always available and responsive.. and can be seen at the hotel lobby most of the time. Paid rm557 for the 2 nights.. deposit rm100. Tingkat 40 bilik 03. Parking pulak can be validated.. and we paid only rm13.. for the while duration of the stay.. check in.. sampai check out. Tak keluar ke mana2 pun..ok la kan.. dapat parking kat parking lot berjaya times square yang complete with security and cctv. Dari parking.. terus boleh ambil lif ke hotel lobby. East side. Wifi agak slow.. yelah.. rasa sebab orang ramai.. satu bilik pun boleh connect only max 4 devices sahaja.. TV reception pun agak kurang clear... tapi yelah.. untuk those yang mmg datang nak stay dalam bilik.. layan social media.. tgk you tube ka.. and also layan tgk TV.. maybe akan komplen lah.. tapi yang those datang just gunakan bilik untuk tido malam, berehat, solat, refresh.. then the sluggish wifi and poor TV reception tuh tak effect apa apa pun. Toilet agak unik.. ala2 mcm jepun ada bidet tapi bidet dia separate unit kat sebelah (tgk gambar lah). Definitely will consider this hotel kalau ada plan datang KL lagi belah2 Berjaya...

The condition of the apartment was in a horrible condition/shower heads were rusty/ No wifi - as the router was not connected and you had to connect using some other router- the host always had his colleagues come to assist. I had to ask for a receipt - when ‘checking-out’ - I was asked to wait...
