Dear management of gigi coffee

It is with great disappointment encounter with one of your staff on 28.09.2024 where a female malay rudely asks me to order quickly while i am still browsing the menu and there's no line behind me. Also, she shows some attitude where she can be seen to slamming things while working which sadly not a professional respond.

It is important to communicate more eloquently especially in customer service

I hope your establishment can be more refine in your recruitment where for this line of work requires to be more tolerant and resilient. It is sad that one particular staff attitude can drag down such a fine...

1st time at this branch.Ordered online only to arrive my drink and my chocolate croissant not ready yet lols..Not even many customers ,only 3 customer including me lols(who all ordered online!) 2dtaff were present but STAFF LEENA really need to learn manners and improve on communication and customer skills.(no pun intended but really what's with sour puss face)U get impression staff don't want to be thr at 6pm on A FRIDAY and just wants to go home?!..No place to sit..not even a few chairs and a table?..Come on! Poor service is evident by reviews, then experiencing it myself. As I order my coffee, I ask for water which they don't sell... so when I pick up my coffee, I can see the filter tap there that is used for the drinks I buy, I kindly asked if i could have a small cup for my daughter, and I was refused by Firman and Hanis. They can take my money and serve me drinks but service is 0. He points at 7/11. I didn't come to a street stall... I have a little one aswell, I'm asking to save me the hassle. No concerns by them, very disappointed... don't charge you service fees on...
