Worst service i ever experienced. I went there for a hair cut together with my uncle. my wife did only hair wash and dry..after around nearly 15minutes and little cutting with the razor they said that they where finished.. it was not a special cut at all.. my wife can cut a 100 times better then them without any experience..however we said we would like to shave the beard aswell, but they said they dont do that, so we asked if they could use the razor at the lowest level to at least trimm the beardhair a little.. they said ok and tried their best. My uncle still had a lot of hair left around the neck and basically all over the face.. but the big surprice was when i went to pay for the cuts.. we paid 284 MR (68 USD) but the prices shown in the shop where way lower..so i asked them why it is so much and they said,.my wife has hair extensions so they added nearly 40% more for the wash.. it.was no where written that you need to pay more for extensions. I mean for real, if someone has just long hair or short hair.. its a fix price and there shouldnt be any additional costs... also the hair cut was charged with nearly 40% more then written in the shop..they said for the shaving.. i told them that they actually didnt shave anything just trimmed the hair which took them maybe 1 minute.. then i saw that the price for a haircut also included a hairwash.. they didnt even asked me if i would like to wash my hair after the cut.. so i insisted that they wash our hair too for that insane price, the woman who washed the hair did the best job of all them there.. but the barber was really unprofessional.. i dont understand all those positiv feedbacks.. they just tried to suck out our money...

I myself regretted that we went there and im sure you can find way better and cheaper places in KL

I’ve been to the saloon twice or three times for a hair wash and blow out. It was a bad experience!

I saw that they only know how to work with Asian hair type,

I asked to cut my bangs, she cut them after using iron on my hair so it was flat and with my hair type it doesn’t stay flat my bangs are voluminous so after they became like half length so short I can’t even style them. it’s like a beginner cutting them at home. Plus she didn’t touch up the ends of the front hair, every good hair stylist does that!

plus they used iron in an aggressive way without heat protection then tried to sell me a product saying it protects hair from heat while they used it after frying my hair with heat!!! like dude can you be at least subtle. they did it twice, trying to sell their products without caring abt the client.

I showed a specific picture of what I wanted but the woman was just doing what she wanted. She died my hair in a totally different color. To make it even worse, she didn’t even know how to cut my hair. I already had quit short hair, I just asked to shorten it a bit more. She just couldn’t cut it straight. The back was in weird layers, she cut it after blowdrying. I immediatly started crying when I saw the result and what she did it is hide in the back of salon for next hour while I was waiting for someone else to be to cut my hair. It was also way too expensive for the low effort that they did. If they cannot color and cut my hair as shown on a picture or even be close to it, they should just admit that they can’t and not damage my...
