I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your employees, Harith, at your Melaka AeonBandaraya location. During my visit with my family, we encountered several issues that left us feeling uncomfortable and angry.
At the beginning, Harith failed to provide us with clear instructions on how to make our purchase. When we reached the front of the line, he informed us that we had made a mistake and instructed us to go to the back and queue again. He served the customer who queue after us even though the customer did mentioned that they are behind us. He keep ignoring us when it is my turn to order, ignoring us obviously and purposely.
When I asked if we could now proceed with our order after his busy showtime, he was shouting rudely "There are so many people." Honestly, there is only one customer who just looking at the cake without asking his help. IGNORING PURPOSELY. He not even listen what flavour of the ice cream that we request and just pick the flavour in front of him then ask us to make payment. To make things worse, when I attempted to take photos of the situation to report the incident, he responded with a dismissive smile and a sarcastic "yeah".

Read moreFirst, I want to say I like the Baskin-Robbins brand. But today(30/05/23) was the first time I met a girl staff who an impolite behaviour in Aeon Bandar Melaka. When with friend walk into the Q-line, we are the second customer by the time the third customer walk-in they skip up to me to service that third customer. Of course, I was feeling angry "why"? They don't care and ignore. Then that girl stuff when comes to me, I was asked why don't service by the Q-line. She showed out unhappy face and rude behaviour.
She takes a scoop of ice cream and walks away. I stop her for another different fave. She throws the cup and retorts. So I look for the manager, but I can found him. After the wall, I enjoyed my ice cream around the shop. I find out that the girl staff unfriendly look keep watching me. Unbelievably Baskin-Robbins professionals train out this kind of staff rude behaviour.
