Read moreThe place was really crowded during school holiday. Took 45min standing time just to ride the boat. And another 45min for the boat ride. They operate around 10 boats on weekdays. And more during weekends.
The car parking space are plentiful, so no worries.
The ticket price seems overpriced for a plain boat ride. The ride is fascinating for the outside tourists I guess.
It's better to buy the ticket at the counter due to unpredictable weather risk. Buying thru online provides no benefits at all (eg. discount, priority lane, easy redeem, flexible date of visit). Payment is easy thru debit, credit, T&G E-wallet (scanner down on that night) or cash.
Just consider the steep ticket price as the cost of maintaining the boats, facilities & paying their staffs handsomely. Only 2 jetty are operational at this time. So, it's not possible to ride it like hop-on hop-off bus ride in KL.
Personally, night time is the better choice as we can enjoy the colourful light decoration & cooler environment. And the darkness can hide all the unsightly views too.
In overall, I'll only ride it once & never bother to mention it again until this place has something better to offer. Or someone else pay it for me...
Read moreWe are actually first time going here and the ticket was affordable. Even at first I did feel it was pricey considering it's just a tour around sg melaka but after I ride it, it was worth the price. The trip was fun and packed with information regarding melaka and we do not have to queue for a long time even we walk in on that night. We only wait for less than 10 minutes for the boat and the trip took about 30 minutes. We had the chance to go to the rumah terbalik and VR room games for free. They mentioned about it after you ride the boat, so we all very excited to see the place. The house was super pretty and we took many photos, they did not have time restictions so you can take your photos with your family and no rushing. The dissapointment was the VR room games as it requires us to pay for the coins and some games are built only for the kids, so we are not going there. My uncles and aunts all like the trip. Overall, the experience was great and i recommend to go at night because the view was so pretty with the...
